It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, with a kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children can be seriously injured if they fall down.

The house is located in a very quiet and family-friendly area in central Helsingborg with close to everything. There is a large terrace with lovely relaxation areas and both gas and charcoal grills.
