Parkplätze sind ausreichend auf dem Grundstück (4 Pkw möglich). Zentrale Lage, Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für die Kleinsten sind 2 Hochstühle vorhanden und bei Bedarf kann zusätzlich ein Kinderreisebett (bitte angeben) aufgestellt werden. (Wenn ein Treppenschutzgitter angebracht werden soll bitte auch angeben)

Our green vacation idyll, close to the city and nature

Schön, dass es euch nach Aurich zieht und ihr uns gefunden habt! Info: 2026 Bautätigkeiten auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Schlafzimmer befindet sich in einem historischen ostfriesischen Arbeiterhaus von 1928. Sie liegt am Auricher Stadtrand und ist damit sowohl stadt- als auch naturnah. Die Wohnung hat alles, was ihr für einen erholsamen Urlaub nahe Nordseeküste und Wattenmeer braucht. Fühlt euch bei uns wie Zuhause!

Wittmund country life on a small farm

The apartment is on the upper floor of the residential building of a classic East Frisian farm in Burhafe near Wittmund in a rural area. The North Sea is only about 16 km away. The apartment has an area of about 80 square meters. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the entrance. Dogs are welcome. Even if you want to bring your horse, this is possible. On the farm live 2 ponies, 2 dogs and ducks and geese and 2 people. ;-)

House Bärenburg in the stormy north

Welcome to the North Sea! Our fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area and is only 7 minutes by car from the sea. In just a 3-minute walk, there is a bus stop with direct connection to the lively stormy coast, as well as to the city center. You can also easily walk to a supermarket (Netto). You can also be in the middle of the city in about 5 minutes by bike to the middle of the city center. The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished.

Located directly on the Weser and thus an unrestricted view of the water and the busy shipping traffic. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathtub and one with two single beds. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The cozy underfloor heating or the cooling air conditioning are just two of the many amenities. The large living and dining area is flooded with light and has two outdoor areas. The view of the Weser is simply unique.

From Heimathafen, you can easily reach the beach and the harbor of Dornumersiel or the "Dornumersieler Tief" in just 20 minutes on foot, where you can example, you can ride a pedal boat. The apartment is also the perfect starting point for cycling tours.

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

The apartment (big sister of Studio ton Barkenboom) is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone, yet in the heart of the beautiful "bear town" of Esens on the North Sea coast. The city center, shopping, doctors and pharmacies as well as restaurants are within walking distance and the beautiful beach in Bensersiel is also a few minutes away by car.

Welcome to our vacation farm. If you want to spend your vacation on the East Frisian North Sea coast, we would be happy to welcome you as a guest in our house in Utgast. Our apartments Spiekeroog and Wangerooge are about 50 m² and equipped for 1 - 3 people. If the apartment is shown as occupied, the other one may still be available. So feel free to ask if there is interest.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Cozy apartment for two

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
