allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Ev gerçekten çok düzenli ve dizaynı çok hoştu. Gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Girişte hiç sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi gerekli talimatları giriş yapmadan vermişti ve hızlı bir şekilde giriş yapabildik. Rezidans içinde olması ayrıca güvenlik açısından ve kapalı otoparkının olması açısından önemliydi. Sadece çevresinde yeni inşaatlar olduğu için ara yollar bozuktu. Navigasyonu kullanırken bu yolların açık olduğunu görsek de yolların bir kısmı kapalıydı. Fakat otoyoldan direkt bağlantı ile kolaylıkla gelinebiliyor. Bunun dışında terası güzel fakat şehrin sesi duyulabiliyor cam ve balkon kapısı açıkken onun dışında camlar kapalı olduğunda hiç ses gelmiyor eve. Biz memnun kaldık. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

Ev çok güzel bir bölgede, çok güzel bir evdi. Küçük çocuklu ailelerin dikkatli olması gerekli çünkü evde çok fazla aksesuar var ve çocuklar çok meraklı. Bir de böcekler konusunda fobiniz var ise biraz sıkıntı yaşayabilirsiniz. Yataklar çok rahattı, fazla havlular sağlanmıştı.

A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

Es de los mejores lugares que he conocido, su casa es única. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo momento. El modelo rústico y la decoración de casa es muy acogedor y un gran lugar para descansar , además esta cerca de todo y fácil acceso al metro y zonas turísticas. Espero volver pronto

The place was very nice and comfortable. The check-in went smoothly. The only thing would be to have clearer instructions about WiFi (maybe something physical at the place rather than via the link as I had no internet and the way of accessing the link when we arrived, but once we did get instructions it was clear). Otherwise, everything was amazing. We had a little issue here and there which were instantly taken care of, it was very impressive!!! Very well done 👍🏻 We also met one of the place managers during our stay who was kind enough to offer us umbrellas on a rainy day, so sweet! The place was well connected, we were mostly taking the T5 tram line which was like a 5 minute walk away. There are quite a few shops and mosques in a walking distance from the place. Recommend!

✨Wir sind wirklich froh, diese Unterkunft für unsere Reise gewählt zu haben. Es war fantastisch! Das Haus war sehr sauber. Es gab sogar einen intelligenten Staubsaugerroboter, der durch die Wohnung fuhr. Die Terrasse war faszinierend. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. We had a wonderful holiday in a unique manifold and for us (not for everyone...if you are a respectful and experienced traveller we recommend it) beautiful neighbourhood. The Old Saffron House was a blast: outside there was so much to do and see and in the evening we were happy to rest in such a beautifully renewed ottoman oasis. Tarihi yapı ve müzelere sahip olan İstanbul kültür turizminin zirvesindedir. Ayrıca kendine özgü yemekleriyle ne zaman buraya gelsem doyamıyorum. Bu tatil hakikaten iyi geldi. Tarihi yarımadada Ayvansaray'da yer alan konak üç katlıdır. Kazasker İvaz Efendi Camii'ne çok yakın. Amenos -tarihi zindanlarıyla bilinir- yazısını bulun kapı şifresini girin. sonra kalacağınız binanın kapısındaki kutuya şifreyi yazın ve anahtarı alın. Çamaşır, kurutma, bulaşık makineleri ve televizyon var. Beş kişi rahatlıkla kaldık. Ev rahatlığında. Biz sabahları evde kahvaltıyı yapıp diğer öğünleri dışarıda yedik. İsterseniz tüm öğünleri evde hazırlayacak donanım vardır. Ev, Ayvansaray tramvay durağına çok yakın. Duraktan Eminönü 5-10 dakika sürüyor. Paranızı hak eden bir yer. Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

These apartments are perfect for a stay in Istanbul! They're beautifully furnished & equip with a full kitchen and air condition (so everything you need for a great stay!) The place was super clean and comfortable and within walking distance from tons of adorable cafes, the main road to catch a cab or the bus stop that will take you nearly anywhere in the city you'd want to go. I cannot recommend staying here enough & will be sure to check these apartments first if I return to Istanbul!

Denis was very helpful and attentive host. We stayed there for 4 nights and all 16 of us really enjoyed the house and location was perfect! Near to the tram and ferry station and super easy to locate. Btw the rooftop was the highlight of the house! Mostly love everything about the house 🤍🤍 thanks a lot Denis!
