I was come here for one week with my husband and my little one from UK . I’m so happy with everything. Great area , good bed space , clean flat but should be change some things for new. Broken handles from bathroom , for towels , things in shower broken as well. Netflix doesn’t work. Anyway I’m happy with this house I think I’ll back again. I’m recommending ☺️

Nice place to stay with friends and family !

Place is great. The apartment is located in a large hotel with a large underground parking. Comfortable and communicative place. The apartment is contemporary furnished with all the necessary amenities. The host is welcoming and helpful and kept very good communication. I would love to stay again and recommend this accommodation.

Overall the stay was pretty good. Spacious and felt very homey. There are several restaurants and even grocery stores at the base of the apartment which is very convenient as well as the metro not being too far either. The only frustration I had was with the card keys to enter the condo which would work inconsistently. But the security at the entrance gates always helpful.

The whole stay was amazing, but what was more than that is the host! Very friendly and very responsive. I really enjoyed the stay and everything about the place

The location is very convenient for self-driving, avoiding the traffic jams in the city, and it is more than 20 minutes' drive from IST Airport. The building has an underground parking lot. The host gave the information to the manager in advance, and you can directly drive into the parking lot.There is a supermarket next to it, and there are several larger supermarkets a few minutes' drive away.

Every thing was as it should be.

The apartment is very quiet and safe. The host is always available. The swimming pool is so great!

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished! The highlight was definitely the stunning view — waking up to it every morning was unforgettable. The location was peaceful but still close enough to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly, helpful, and made everything super easy. Nice place

New unit with an incredible view. It is located in one of the nicest areas in Istanbul as well.

Apartment as shown in the photos. Great for groups of 6. Three bedrooms and two new bathrooms; a living room and large kitchen. The upstairs terrace is great for relaxing in the sun. There were a few shortcomings in the house that were promptly addressed by the timely intervention of the host. In general, the location is good, although the climb that leads from the apartment to Piazza taksim for those with serious mobility difficulties can be uncomfortable, so just pay attention to this. Elevators, water and electricity always working perfectly. The apartment is on the border between the new area of taksim and a slightly more popular area but this does not create any problem as the area is, in general, super safe both day and night. Some noise from the street (istanbul, in general is chaotic) but the top floor and soundproofing of the windows mitigated this aspect. Ask the host for tips on where to go, transportation, etc..., it will always help you 360°.

We were very satisfied with our place. The apartment is cleaned and the communication worked great. We highly recommend this place.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Eyo’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Eyo was also very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend!
