Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Esenler

The house had a beautiful view, just like in the photos. For those who don't live in Istanbul and are planning to rent a house, I highly recommend seeing this view at least once. Adem was a very helpful host and tried to assist with everything. Thank you again.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Great service and communication you can count on the host for everything you need for the apartment and also if you need any advise or anything else.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

I do love that place. I found everything according to the pictures and I had everything I needed in my room and the kitchen for the two and a half months I was there. It has a great location, close to the mall, public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. I'm definitely coming back to Yusuf's place some time next year. Mr. Ahmet's interest was definitely at a high level. The location of the house may really be one of the best places you can find in Istanbul. A clean house and a wonderful garden were a pleasure for us. We will definitely choose it again

Tugkan is very responsive and friendly. he was always there to help us and give us jnstructions. pros: nice apartement, with all the amenities that work perfectely. kitchen is well equiped for cooking for 6 7 people and washing mashine and dish washing machines are making everything very easy. Tugkan himself is very responsive and helpful. cons: the public transportation access is really bad. so before booking, bear in mind that you may use a lot of taxis and ubers and plan for it. The streets that lead to the apartment are extremely steep, making it hard to access any public transportation. Overall it worth the money, it is reletively cheap for 7 people.

It was an amazing stay.the view in the living room was breathtaking in the morning and during the night. everything is available at the apartment. a very great location. You can find whatever you need around it. The only downside is that the elevator does not work so you will have to drag your suitcases up and bring them down. I really enjoyed my stay with my friends.

A very nice accommodation where a view over the city on the large roof terrace was possible and magnificent. In addition, a lively area within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean.

Our stay at Menti’s stunning apartment in the heart of Istanbul was pure magic! The place was impeccably clean, beautifully styled with a mix of modern and Turkish charm, and had everything we needed for a perfect trip. Menti was an absolute gem, welcoming us with warm hospitality, helping to organize transport to/from the airport and sharing insider tips on the best local spots. Waking up to the sounds of the city and sipping Turkish tea or raki on the terrace while watching the sunset was pure bliss. This place is a must-stay for anyone visiting Istanbul, and we're already planning our return. Can't recommend this Istanbul treasure enough to anyone exploring this vibrant city! We had a great time in Istanbul. The apartment is ideally located, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, and very close to the Sultanamet neighborhood, ideal for sightseeing. The terrace of the apartment is a plus for relaxing after a day of walking. A big thank you to Ali for his welcome, availability and smile!

We had a very nice stay. Volkan replied immediately, gave clear self check-in instructions, and there was always 'staff' nearby who could come to the apartment within 15 minutes if we needed help. When our toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, someone came to fix it right away. When our toilet paper was almost finished, we received new rolls. The apartment is brighter than it appears in the photos, thanks to two street-facing windows. I had feared it would be too dark, but that wasn’t the case. The location (New European Quarter) is great—close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square (full of restaurants and shops), and fancy hotels like the Pera Palace, where Agatha Christie wrote Murder on the Orient Express. Do note that the area is noisy both day and night, and the flat is not well insulated against sound. Streetlights prevent full darkness, even with curtains. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs and a sleep mask. Bus, metro and train stops are 3-10 min away—leading to the 'Old city'.

Incredible stay. The host has been very accommodating and very easy to work with. If you want a hassle free and comfortable stay while also being close to the main attractions, I would highly recommend booking this stay in Istanbul
