Nestled in the picturesque greenery of Sollingen, it sits right at the edge of the forest with a stunning view of the beautiful Bergsee Lake. Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.

The apartment is located in Alfeld but still quietly located on the Sindelberg, in a purely residential area. From the apartment you can reach the pedestrian zone in approx. 10 minutes' walk. Where you can find shops such as bakeries, supermarkets, etc. A bus stop is located about 10 meters from the apartment, which runs every 30 minutes. Parking is available on the premises. Enjoy your evenings on the balcony, with magnificent views of the Leine Valley.

Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.

Our beautiful, sun-drenched holiday home is built in wood and offers everything a family or a small travel group needs. Attention: Only for non-smokers indoors and outdoors! A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers.
