Living in a farmhouse

Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

Inside, next to the bed, there is a sitting area with Hukla armchairs, shower and toilet as well as TV and fridge.

Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Fahrräder können sicher untergestellt werden – perfekt für aktive Tage und entspannte Abende!

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Cozy guest rooms in a quiet location between Odenwald and Spessart, 300 m from the Main bike path. The swimming pool and lake are 5 minutes away. You can reach us quickly and conveniently via the A3, A45 and the four-lane B469. We offer cyclists a lockable garage. Since there is no kitchen or cooking facilities, the apartment is only suitable for fitters.
