Sie befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in der Parterre eines freistehenden Hauses auf der Rheinhöhe umgeben von Siebengebirge, Westerwald, dem idyllischen Wiedbachtal und dem romantischen Rheintal. Städte wie Koblenz, Bonn oder Köln sind ebenso leicht zu erreichen wie die Weinregion des Mittelrheins und der Ahr sowie zahlreiche Rad- und Wanderwege (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. From bathrobes to ironing board & iron to HDMI cable, everything is available. We look forward to your visit and we are here to answer any questions you may have.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

Our small apartment is located in our newly built house in a fantastic location in Bonn Oberkassel - right by the forest and approx. 10 minutes' walk to the Rhine. Everything is new and modern but with a high degree of coziness. The room has all the things you need as a traveler. Our small kitchen is designed for a quick meal in the evening without a stove. We offer you a daily dishwashing service. The lounge in front of your entrance makes your stay perfect.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Cozy apartment in the historic old town center of Ahrweiler The approx. 50 m² apartment is quietly located in the middle of the old town of Ahrweiler, just 50 m from the historic market square. Access is away from the hustle and bustle via a quiet residential street. All shops for everyday needs, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities are within walking distance. The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.

Unkel is a great starting point for a variety of activities on the Rhine, in the Siebengebirge or in Bonn. In addition, the Westerwald, the Ahr, the Eifel, Phantasialand or Cologne are ideal for excursions. We are happy to give tips!

Whether an evening walk or enjoying nature, the immediate proximity to the Rhine offers a true relaxation factor. The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Sheets and towels are provided.
