Relaxing in nature with a magnificent view over the landscape of the "Vulkaneifel". The center of Gerolstein with its possibilities for shopping and dining can be reached in a distance less than 5 km. From the rail way station points of interests are readily accessable. The famous hiking trail "Eifelsteig" can be reached adjacent by just going outside to the forest. The magic celtic fortress "Dietzenley" is close by and the unbeleavable large spruce tree "Königsfichte" should not be missed.

The ideal base camp for all the activities in the Volcanic Eifel. From here, you have direct access to many hiking trails, such as the Eifelsteig and the Lieserpfad. Through the adjacent Hunert forest up to the Ernstberg, the highest mountain in the Volcanic Eifel at 699m. The Maare Mosel bike path starts just a stone's throw away. By motorbike or car in about 25 minutes to the Nürburgring. The city center with its many restaurants, cafes and shops can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.

Since 2020/21 also with: New 85-inch TV, a great soundbar, new fireplace - and an 11Kw / h EV charging station. Vacation in the Vulkaneifel - a 12 minutes drive from the A1, no "through traffic" and super quiet. 10 minutes to reach Gerolstein and yet so central that there are plenty of hiking opportunities. And you are in 45 minutes in Koblenz or in 30min in the Moselle Valley
