A splendid house decorated creatively, 7 km from the center of Ermoupolis. It has a magnificent view of Fabrica Bay. It's a five-minute walk to a deserted beach and a 15-minute walk to the organized beach of Vari. There are taverns and mini-markets.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms , a master bathroom and a terrace overlooking the harbour.
