Είναι πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από ερημική παραλία και 15 λεπτά από την οργανωμένη παραλία, της Βάρης. Υπάρχουν ταβέρνες και μίνι μάρκετ.

Ένα παλιό νεοκλασικό διώροφο σπίτι στην καρδιά της Ερμούπολης 100 μέτρα από το λιμάνι, με βεράντα στο τελευταίο όροφο και καταπληκτική θέα στο ιστορικό λιμάνι της Σύρου. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2021. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, τραπεζαρία, καθιστικό μικρό με βιβλιοθήκη, κεντρικό Σαλόνι με παραδοσιακό μαρμάρινο μπαλκόνι, wc.
