Μπροστά υπάρχει ελεύθερο parking. Διαθέτει μικρή αυλή με στυλ , γκαζόν, τραπεζάκι εξωτερικού χώρου, για να απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας ή το φαγητό σας. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, στον εμπορικό δρόμο με τα καταστήματα εστίασης ,καφέ καθώς και σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες του Δήμου.

Στη περιοχή Ψαριανά κοντά στον Ναό της Κοίμησης και στην αφετηρία λεωφορείων, ενα πλήρως αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα-μεζονέτα ενός υπνοδωματίου με εσωτερική σκάλα.Έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας τριών ατόμων. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για διαμονή καλοκαίρι και χειμώνα. Μόνο 250 μέτρα από λιμάνι και 350 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία Μιαούλη (Δημαρχείο). A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.
