Holiday rentals with beach access in Ermoupoli

If you are looking for a place with all conveniences, a wellness spa feel and superquiet nights, despites sleeping only a 5 minute walk from the Agiothopes beach: don.t look any further. You found a place where you can enjoy and relax some peacefull days, choosing either the pool or discovering cute little beaches surrounding the bay like a jweled necklage; some pebbled, some perfect for sunset and swimming, all with a delicious seabreeze and lazy shade. Within the jewelbox of Poseidonia you'll also find calm restaurants like the Perroquet Tranquille and taverna's around the corner, to discover with gourmandise for joy and taste. and the bay,s best Bakery patissier in Finikas. Do not even try the little choclate cakes, if you're hesitant to stay; because these will win you over forever. The owners are gentle helpfull calm people, that make you feel at ease like the Poseidonia breeze.

L appartamento è super, una casa comodissima x vivere, è pieno di luce, con due terrazzini dove fare colazione, la vista sul mare e sulle isole intorno straordinaria, non potevo sperare di più , era ciò che volevo. Bisogna solo essere disposti a fare due piani di scale , ma Nikoletta ti aiuta x le valige. Lei è gentilissima , sempre pronta a rispondere alle tue esigenze e a darti informazioni. Ci ha accolto con dei dolcetti squisiti fatti dalla mamma. È possibile andare in centro anche a piedi , oppure con il bus, c è la fermata molto vicina. Ci tornerò sicuramente ma x un periodo più lungo ! Assolutamente raccomandato. Grazie Nikoletta!

Andrea’s Air bnb on the picture perfect island is Syros was a great base for us! It had a running and calm beach only an easy 10 minute walk and a great Tavern just a minute down the road. The house was clean and we had everything we needed during our stay! Andreas was very diligent and showed us everything in the house and how it worked. Pretty comfy bed too by Greek standards. Thanks Andreas! We miss Syros already!

Εξαιρετικό, όμορφο και περιποιημένο κατάλυμα. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία για την εξερεύνηση του νησιού. Κοντά στην Ερμούπολη και πολύ ωραία θέα. Ευχαριστούμε!

WHAT an incredible place to stay. We stayed for 5 days with our 4 children. The house is incredible. Lots of room and so interesting - set into the hill. Beautifully cool inside, even when outside was HOT! With SPECTACULAR views out to sea. Lovely inside and outside space, plenty of cooking equipment and crockery etc. Great local recommendations. Only a 1 minute walk down steps to a swimming point - beautiful aqua water. You can swim accross to a diving/jumping area which the kids LOVED. I stupidly left the keys inside and shut the door, which meant I contacted Takis who came straight away and then called a locksmith, who sorted the issue. I was very apologetic for the hassle and Takis was really kind about me interrupting his day. Few suggestions for those with kids/coming in high season: - If you what to hire a boat/go on a boat trip, book ahead. Limited boats/availability - Vari = lovely family beach with paddle board etc hire - Swim shoes recommended for swimming over rocks

Thank you so much again Sofia and Konstantinos! This beautiful apartment on Kini beach is one of the best AirBnB’s I’ve stayed in. It’s clean, spacious and about a 50m walk to the beach! Its location is perfect for those wanting a beach holiday retreat, whilst having the comfort of knowing you’re only a 15minute drive to a major Greek port and town. The apartment itself was stocked really well with water, juice, milk and olive oil which was a very nice touch. There’s also a gorgeous little terrace where you can hear the sound of the waves! I would really recommend this apartment and Syros itself.

Highly recommended place on all aspects. Plus the view is astonishing. Even better than the pictures!

We had a great stay in this apartment. The pros- Alex is very communicative and the location was really nice once we settled in. The apartment was very cool and spacious- great historic building with modern art. We loved the hidden powder room off the kitchen. The only hard part was getting our luggage to the place as there are lots of stairs and it’s little tricky to find the door, so this is definitely not an option if you have mobility issues. Alex was there so we called and he helped us find it. Also, this may not be the best option for very young or rambunctious kids as there is a lot of art and antique furniture low to the ground but our older kids (9 and 12) were fine.

We had a great stay - the apartment was just what we wanted, the roof terrace was lovely and the hosts were very quick to respond. Would happily stay again, thank you!

We stayed at the beautiful Syrolia Village for 10 days, and as our departure drew nearer, I found myself dreading the end of each day there. Though the space is modest in size, it feels incredibly intimate and inviting—thoughtfully designed with care in every detail, from the aesthetic touches to the well-considered amenities. Jacob was a truly wonderful host, warm and attentive, making sure we felt completely at home and had everything we needed throughout our stay. His kind parents added such a heartfelt touch—bringing fresh produce and even treating us to a delicious home-cooked meal that we’ll never forget. Every part of our experience was exceptional. Thank you for a stay that was not only comfortable, but deeply memorable. P.S. The parade of kitties from the cat sanctuary next door completely stole my heart ❤️

The house faces the sea. Crystal clear water. You just need to cross a road. The beach is was quiet in June. Free beach umbrellas available. The house is well equipped. Comfortable beds. Katerina was very welcoming and shared great tips about the island.

Words cannot describe how lovely our time at A Deck Feeling has been. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and in a breathtaking location. Ermoupoli is special and this neighborhood is idyllic. The color of the sea at your feet and the sound of the waves as you drift off to sleep is food for the soul. As wonderful as the physical space, it is the owners, Iro and Dimitris, that really take this stay to the next level. Thank you both for your genuine hospitality and kindness! We hope to see you again soon!

Just spent a month at this lovely place and miss it already. The view is spectacular and the amenities are perfect. Christine was so friendly and helpful hoing above and beyond to answer questions and make recommendations. The kitchen is very well stocked the rooms clean the cleaning woman who they recommended was affordable and did a great job. You need to be able to walk stairs to get up to the home which we didnt mind it was great exercise. The outdoor space and roof deck divine.

Louis & Thanos's place was lovely and just like described. They were really proactive in their communication and helpfull in their tips for restaurants and beaches. Thanos was there to greet us and showed us around when we arrived. There were also two beaches just next to the house, one rocky with lot of fish and other with sand. They even provided beach umbrellas and diving masks and kids beach toys. Travelling with a kid and family the set-up with two "separate" apartments with us downstairs with out 3 year old was really handy as then everyone didn't have to wake up at 6 o'clock. We couldn't have expect for a better experience!

This house is amazing, brand new, has all the amenities you could want. There is also a beach which is accessible through a gate in the fence. The beach couldn’t be closer. It is a very nice, small beach with umbrellas and chairs provided on the beach, but it isn’t an “organized beach” so you don’t have to pay for using it. You can access an organized beach just 5 minutes drive away which is very nice and has restaurants and chairs with umbrellas. The house has 5 nice rooms which are all private and several of which have their own bathroom attached. This place is an ideal stay for a family. Especially if the beach is what you are after.

The Welcome Home Port View apartment is very centrally located right opposite the ferry terminal. Access is easy with lift to 3rd floor. Excellent view of the port and activities. Everything for an enjoyable stay, good kitchen, quiet main bedroom, lounge area spacious with additional room with twin beds to the side through sliding doors. Very good bathroom. The apartment is very well fitted out with new fittings and recently redecorated with a new feel. Iavankia was a very good host, friendly and responsive to any queries we had.

Our stay at Tobys was perfect, it’s in a great location, right by the water and a short walk from the town centre. The apartment itself was gorgeous, clean and spacious, all you could want from a stay.Toby was the perfect host, helpful, informative, friendly. If I was to return to Syros I would 100% stay there again!

Kyriaki nous a bien reçu. Le logement était très propre et bien situé. La plage et l’arrêt d’autobus directement en avant du logement avec un mini market juste en dessous, ce qui est très pratique. De très bons restaurants et bars au port dans le centre-ville à seulement 10-15 minutes en autobus. Idéalement il faut louer une voiture pour accéder à tous les beaux endroits de l’île, de très belles plages. Merci à Kyriaki et sa mère pour leur gentillesse 😊🇬🇷🇨🇦

We met Anna upon arrival and she gave us the keys to the place. She was so nice and friendly and showed us around the unit. She provided water and local treats for us to enjoy during our stay. We had arrived a little early and she allowed us to check in early. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean and well maintained. Anna checked in with us a few times to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for. There is not much to do within walking distance so I highly recommend getting a car. But for our purposes Anna’s place was perfect.

Eugenia was very friendly and helpful, offering useful information and suggestions on places to visit in Syros. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and it’s conveniently located—just about a 7-10-minute walk from the port and the town hall. There’s also a free parking area just a minute away from the house, which is a big plus since parking in Ermoupoli can be quite challenging.

We truly loved our stay at Nikos’ lovely place! Situated right by the port, in the heart of it all—with cafés, shops, and great food just a stroll away. Nikos was a great host: quick to reply and friendly. The home had everything we needed for an easy island escape—air condition for the breezy April nights, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable mattress, and a big table. The calm décor and the airy living room made us feel right at home. If only we could’ve stayed longer!

Γενικά μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι και θα ξαναπήγαιναμε. Αρκετά βολική τοποθεσία καθώς έχει περίπου στα 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια το δημόσιο πάρκινγκ και το κέντρο είναι περίπου 6 λεπτά. Από κάτω ακριβώς έχει μαγαζί με μπουγάτσες και φαρμακείο και σε 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια έχει και μαγαζί με γλυκά και σφολιάτες. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενεστατος και εξυπηρετικός το σήκωσε αμέσως και τις 2 φορές που τον πήρα τηλέφωνο και μας εξυπηρέτησε αμέσως. Ήταν ευέλικτος αφού μας άφησε να μπούμε πιο νωρις στο σπίτι αφού ήταν έτοιμο και επίσης μας άφησε και λίγο χρόνο παραπάνω για το check out. Το σπίτι μέσα πολύ καθαρό και συμμαζεμενο και ο χώρος ήταν μια χαρά. Όταν μάλιστα ηρθε να καθαρίσει ενδιάμεσα μέσα στην εβδομάδα είχαμε ειδοποιηθεί πρώτα και δεν πειραξε τίποτα από τα πράγματα μας. Το μπαλκονι του σαλονιού δεν είχε ωραια θέα αφού κοιτουσε σε γκρεμισμενο σπίτι που είχε και κάποια σκουπίδια αλλά οκ δεν ήταν ενοχλητικό. Δεν νομιζω πως χωράει 5ο κρεβάτι(όπως στην περιγραφή) χωρίς να κλείσει πάρα πολύ ο χώρος.

Helen and Daniel were fantastic hosts; super helpful with any questions we had and even booked us a taxi from the port to the accommodation. The apartment was lovely with fantastic views looking over the harbour. Would 100% recommend.
