NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Our guesthouse is absolutely quiet and secluded on the outskirts of Törwang with unobstructed views of the Hochries and the Inn Valley. In the summer of 2020, 2 low-energy wooden houses made of local woods were built completely pollutant-free. A place to let go and breathe deeply. With its own garden and southwest terrace. The vacation home has a large living room with a carpenter kitchen, dining table and sofa bed with a spring core mattress (200 x 160 cm) and a bedroom & bathroom with a shower.

Our new studio is located on the ground floor of a former mountain farm, nestled between Heuberg and Kranzhorn in a secluded location, at almost 800 meters. A separate entrance leads to the combined living/sleeping area. Despite the exposed location, you can reach the highway and Brannenburg with many shopping opportunities in 15 minutes. Lake Chiemsee is 25 km away, while Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached within an hour. Even day trips to South Tyrol are no problem.

Vacation home at Siglhof

The newly renovated 55 m² apartment on the Siglhof in the nature and hiking paradise of Samerberg is the ideal accommodation to relax or to actively explore the beautiful landscape. In the spacious new bathroom, you can relax in the bathtub or refresh yourself under the floor-to-ceiling rain shower. A small balcony in the courtyard overlooking the forests of the adjacent Dandlberg invites you to linger. You can conveniently park your car right in front of the apartment door.

Our cozy double rooms offer a living area of approx. 20 sqm. The room is equipped with a large double bed, a sitting area, a small kitchenette and a modern bathroom (shower and toilet). Each double room has direct access to a private balcony and our garden can also be used. In front of the garden, a small stream ripples and invites you to relax! Please note that only 1 toddler can be accommodated in the crib in the rooms.
