Es befinden sich in der Wohnung ein Doppelbett und ein hervorragendes Schlafsofa der Marke Bali (je 140 breit). Anreise bis 22 h, nachts wird das Hoftor geschlossen. Die Vermietung für einzelne Nächte geht nur im Ausnahmefall, Vermietung an 3 + 4 Personen erst ab 3 Übernachtungen. Kinderbett u. Hochstuhl kosten je € 3 extra. Keine Rollläden oder Jalousien. NICHTRAUCHER !

Old town oasis in MG

Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

Our forest house is located in the middle of the Schomm forest area (attention: directly on the A52 highway), between Waldniel and Lüttelforst, and offers a unique location and atmosphere. Our suite with separate entrance can accommodate 2 people. Ideal for couples or friends looking for a break from everyday life. The rooms (38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/bedroom, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people possible at an extra cost. Reservations only with ID verified.

Welcome to Bergheim! Beautiful 2-room, 52 square meters, in a 2-party house with private entrance. The apartment is on the second floor. A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and TV, as well as to the spacious living room with large dining table, TV, fold-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

Hof Michiels (Apartment 2)

Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. Our farm is home to our friendly dog named Costa.

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, and the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible.  We can offer free picking up and picking up at Erkelenz station. Bringing and picking up from Düsseldorf airport or other designated place is possible for an additional fee.

Small apartment in a quiet location!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This small apartment has satellite TV, sockets with USB connection, a cozy bed and a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchenette is well equipped to prepare a small meal and towels, shower gel, shampoo are included in the basic equipment. Some coffee and tea pads are available. End the day on the small terrace or on the alpaca meadow.
