Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Erie County

We were visiting Buffalo for Christmas and were very happy with Joe’s place. His descriptions of the house and neighborhood were perfect. We took walks everyday with our dog and were conveniently located to everything. The house is lovely, perfect for a family of four and a dog. We had everything we needed to make some dishes for our holiday meals. Joe is a great host. I appreciated his quick responses and welcoming emails. He made great suggestions and even let us check in early which is always nice. We highly recommend!

We honestly were only here to sleep so I can’t give much of a review however the house was clean and beds were comfortable. House is extremely close to Niagara Falls state park!

I stayed here with my girlfriend and daughter for 2 days. It was perfect for us, we used the big backyard to our advantage. Played cornhole, daughter had fun on the play set, and had a nice fire one night. The inside was absolutely spotless, and well taken care of. There was a binder to explain everything about the house, food nearby, and check in/check out help. Thanks Alan we had a blast!

We had a great time at Julie’s private hideaway! The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very cozy with a gas fireplace in the living room and a lit Christmas tree to greet us! We were in town to see a Bills game and this house is a great find within a 30 minutes of the stadium. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Julie!

I loved the house, beautiful and got to use it for my wedding day for photos and overall a great stay. Only complaint is the neighborhood is noisy. A lot of foot traffic. They respond quickly and the owners are a few minutes away so if you need anything they can head over.

Our stay at Anthony's home was absolutely wonderful! The house was in a great location. It was clean, cozy and more than met all of our family's expectations. Our second stay near our relative. Another great experience. We stayed over Easter weekend and have two real live bunnies in the yard to welcome us several times throughout the weekend. Just as pictured. Even a yoga mat and weighs so we could sneak in a quick workout! We will be back.

we couldn't have found a better place to stay. we were there for a long weekend, and specifically for a Buffalo Bandits game at Key Bank Stadium. We found many places withing walking distance to have breakfast, we skip lunch, but endless places for dinner with whatever vibe you're looking for. We were renting the top floor of a charming older home, which had been very tastefully renovated while keeping up with period details and 100% comfort in mind. We loved it! Kevin was always fast to respond, extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was flexible, we were able to check in early, and very clear instruction with plenty of parking... a plus for city living! The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture, a bonus for watching a good movie or playing board games. couldn't have been more pleased, we highly recommend this stay and will definitely reach out to stay again if we travel to Buffalo in the future.

We had an incredible stay at Filipe's apartment! It is absolutely beautiful, with tasteful decorations and impeccable maintenance. It was spotlessly clean, with great heating that made it cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the park, zoo, bars, and restaurants. Parking was easy, and the welcome instructions were clear and stress-free. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which made it easy to stay connected, and Filipe's communication throughout my stay was outstanding—he was attentive, helpful, and quick to respond. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay!

Fresh, clean apartment. Neighborhood is transitioning into a new phase. The revitalization is evident. Location is very convenient to travel to and from other areas in and around Buffalo. We'd be guests of Greg's in a heartbeat.

Super clean. Well equipped. Plenty of parking. Ignore the review by the "Karen" who said she didn't feel safe in the area. The neighborhood is fine. She needs to get out more. Close to downtown and plenty of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops nearby. The floor above was pretty squeaky, but thankfully, not late into the evening. Would definitely stay here again.

I was so happy when this place was available. I have stayed before and it is always booked. It is a great apartment with so much to do n the area. I can’t wait to stay again

The apartment is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, but very close (within walking distance) of restaurants, bars and cute shops. The apartment is also close to a beautiful park, an added bonus. We especially appreciated the coffee/tea and snacks Cheryl and Lance provided for our arrival. Great hosts!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Mary's place! The home was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. Mary was a fantastic host-very welcoming, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and family-friendly, with easy access to shops and local attractions. We truly felt at home and would love to stay here again.

Such a great place!!! So clean, so cozy, the perfect space! Some people complained about the noise from the cafe, but we had zero issues with that. We arrived to toen a few hours early and the host was as acccomdating as he could be based on the cleaners schedule. So grateful! You can hear a slight bit of traffic, but I appreciate the host having noise machines in the bedrooms. Although we didnt use them bc the noise doesnt bother us. Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our family visit to Buffalo, Jon's home is located in a great area for taking strolls around the neighborhood, and close to some really fantastic restaurants. The home itself was ample space, and for anyone who loves the charm of an old home, this had it in spades. It was really lovely, clean, and had all the amenities a family with a baby could need. We would definitely recommend checking out Jon's place.

The pictures don't do it justice. Very cute and cleverly decorated. Little extras in the kitchen and bathroom showed care. Super clean, too. You can tell Maurizio takes pride in providing a classy experience. We'd definitely stay here again.

Very spacious and neat stay , probably 8 mins from Niagara Falls park. Unfortunately it is located in a sketchy neighborhood. We had a good stay tho just beware gives off hood vibes

Jessica's apartment was just as pictured on the listing. Check in was easy and we had no issues getting into the apartment and settled. Everything was there that we could possibly need for our stay. Its location right next to the Martin House was really special and there is an especially great view from the kitchen windows. The street the house is on is also very picturesque and quintessential Buffalo. There is even a great pub in walking distance, the Parkside Meadow, which was perfect for a quick bite after we got settled in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience staying at Scott's place. It's located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Scott is a very helpful and accommodating host! Highly recommend this listing.
