Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Erie County

This was my family's second stay at this lovely home and we can't wait to go back. The house is in a cute neighborhood that is quiet but also within easy walking distance of ice cream and little restaurants. You can be at Niagara Falls in less than an hour. It was perfect for our family of 6. See you next year!

Great spot on a quiet street close to Elmwood Ave. with lots of restaurants and small businesses. Ibrahim was friendly and responsive throughout.

Very cute and family friendly stay, would recommend this place for anyone visiting Buffalo, house is clean and had everything you need nice and ready. Hosts were great and had good communication. 10/10 will come back when back in town again.

Matt & Lauren's place is such a gem in Buffalo. We stayed there for a weekend, and we felt right at home. The place home is super spacious, clean, and quiet. We appreciated the wonderful kitchen where we were able to prepare and share meals. We also appreciated the location, which is walkable to downtown, Allentown, and Elmwood Village, so we actually didn't drive a single time during our stay. Matt and Lauren left clear instruction and were otherwise accommodating. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

From booking all the way thru until our checkout time, Liz has been a welcoming and helpful host. We were a group of nine visiting the Buffalo area for a UB graduation and wanted accommodations that were warm, inviting and most of all spacious for such a large group. We enjoy cooking and hosting and the open concept living space in Liz's space for our needs perfectly. the kitchen was well equipped and maintained, the appliances and cookware were like new and of excellent quality. Everyone in our bunch raved about our rental and loathed having to leave. Liz, we look forward to staying at one of your rentals in the near future! Thank you for helping us feel at home even when we are hundreds of miles away!!

this place was a steal considering the size of the house! It was homey, comfortable, and so quiet. We spent many nights out on the patio, despite the cold, due to the peace that was much needed. The house was well prepared with everything you need and more, and thank goodness because my son wound up sick the first couple days - everything we needed to help with that was already in the house! Laura was always quick to respond, most of the time instantly, if we had questions. It was the perfect way to spend our first time in NY. We will book again for sure next time we venture up there!

Brandon was a lovely host! Any slight issues he was quick to respond in a helpful and respectful manner. The apartment was tidy and well maintained. Close to the airport, this would be a great stay for a small family wanting to see Buffalo, Niagara Falls, or Toronto if they wanted to stay Stateside for lodging

Great spot to stay! Loved the vintage building with modern updates. The beds were especially comfortable. The location was also perfect for everything we wanted to do.

I have stayed at this apartment a few times and each time it has been amazing! It’s super close to downtown so we were able to just walk everywhere. It’s super modern and clean in the apartment as well, I plan on definitely coming back again soon. Faryal is also very active with messaging back with any concerns or questions about anything.

Jean was very friendly, courteous, accommodating, and professional. The unit was clean, comfortable, and cozy. It was very private and relaxing. Our group included my wife, my son (16 yo), and me. An unexpected benefit was the super fast (~300 Mb) and stable Wi-Fi which worked well with our numerous laptops, phones, Xbox, and streaming device. We wanted to be centrally located in the Village of Hamburg which it certainly was. Easy and short walks to shopping, parks, and dining. The price was very reasonable and overall the experience was positive and a great value. We will be recommending this rental to a friend that will be visiting Hamburg in the next couple of months and will personally book again when we come back next year.

We had a fantastic stay at Audrey & Nick’s place! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We were in town to see family, and this was the perfect home base. The space was even better than expected—beautifully maintained and in a great location. Audrey & Nick were wonderful hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. We’ll definitely want to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

We were visiting Buffalo for a concert at Highmark - and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Aside from being nice and close to the stadium (just a 10-minute Uber ride away), the apartment is also located in a great neighbourhood with pubs and coffee shops within walking distance. There is ample parking. But we were pleasantly surprised to see how large the space actually is. The photos do not do it justice! It's very spacious, bright, and clean. We would highly recommend this property and I'm sure we'll be back!

Tamera was an outstanding host! She was helpful as I was deciding whether to book and had great local recommendations. Tamera also provided excellent instructions. I agree with some other reviews that the place is NICER than the photos might suggest. It is a remodeled older home with high ceilings. The living room/small dining area is lovely and the bedroom is large. Great stay overall! Thank you, Tamera!

Pro's: One of the cleanliest Airbnb's we've stayed at, would stay here again. Close to the village, lots of restaurant's, and ice cream! My niece's wedding was at the church ten minuses to the village. Perfect location. Shockingly perfect weather for the wedding. Accommodated six of us easily! The two full bathrooms was perfect. There is a cute Deli on the bottom floor, delicious. Made suggestions to move fans over the beds and to put one in family room. Con: The Deli gets started pretty earlier like 6 am, and we were woken up by all the noise.

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. Thank you Jon, very much appreciated.

This was my first ever Airbnb booking and all I can hope is every experience is as amazing as this one was! We came to Buffalo for a concert for my daughter’s birthday and she and her friends took more pics in the condo than at the concert. The space is spotless and crazy gorgeous. Christopher was so helpful and responsive and definitely made the whole process easy and absolutely flawless. Isis at the front desk was beyond sweet and was the cherry on top of the visit. My husband and I are already looking at another date to come and stay again just the two of us! Thank you so much!!

I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

Very spacious and neat stay , probably 8 mins from Niagara Falls park. Unfortunately it is located in a sketchy neighborhood. We had a good stay tho just beware gives off hood vibes

Came to Buffalo to for a graduation weekend and this spot checked off everything my family and I needed for our stay. The place was spacious and the living room was my fav spot to stay in given the terrace which we had its doors open to let in the fresh air. Jessica and Sean were very responsive and attending to our needs whenever we reached out and were very welcoming. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet; on a walk I saw kids selling lemonade so that was refreshing, literally cuz it was hot out.

The condo was really very nice. Very new and clean. Amanda helped me immediately every time I couldn’t figure something out. She was very nice. Beds were comfortable and condo had all the cleaning supplies and paper we needed, even a wagon for the beach.
