Nice and cozy place. Loved the history of house. Parking was a bit tricky, but overall worth it. Definitely recommend.

This was a great air bnb in the best location! Especially if you’re from South Buffalo. There are not many places to stay in this neighborhood due to it being all residences! It was so nice to be walking distance to stuff, no busy traffic and we were able to watch the fireworks at Caz park without even leaving. Short distance to all the family and downtown stuff I wanted to do. The entire place was spotless and we enjoyed some nice teas after all of the Buffalo foods! I will be booking again for sure!

Lenny, the general manager is great with communication and very helpful with instructions. The stay at the Giacomo hotel was fantastic. Seeing the place in person and reading it doesn’t do justice. The place is amazing and as described. Once checked in. The receptionists will give you the key to your room and a code to park your car in a private parking lot. The hotel is very clean and felted welcoming. It’s a mix of residential and guests. We stayed for 5days/4nights. Let me tell you, the stay felt like home. Breakfast, afternoon cookies, teas and coffee is complementary. The view from our room….. GORGEOUS! We had a view of the Niagara Falls and the sunrise. It’s is breathtaking. You can get another view from the top of the building. I went up there to view the sunrise and hangout. You can take the elevator to the 18th floor and go up a flight of stairs to get to the area. Also, The US/Canada boarder is literally 5mins away! So convenient. Definitely staying here again!

Ideal place at an ideal location. Charming old house surrounded by nature, while simultaneously at the walking distance from happenings.

The Giacomo is a beautiful historic building. The penthouse is huge! Our host Lenny was very attentive. We had some house keeping issues that were taken care of immediately..The sofa is not as comfortable as the chairs in the living room. The beds were also comfortable. The bathroom toiletries were very well stocked as well as the coffee pods. The view of the Canada side and the river are spectacular. Fireworks on the falls are every night at 10 during the summer! The surrounding neighborhood has seen better days with many empty buildings. Goat Island is just a block away and is so worth the walk! Thank you Lenny!

Lenny upgraded me to a family suite that covered an entire floor .. Though the view to the falls was limited, the place itself was very close to goat Island that you can just walk to anytime. Had a very pleasant stay. My parents and my wife just loved the unit. Cannot thank Lenny more.

We had an amazing stay! Lenny was great and the location was awesome. Walked to the falls and to restaurants. Staff was also very friendly and breakfast was delicious. We’ll def be back!

Lenny’s place was perfect for our weekend stay. It’s in the perfect location, walkable to Niagara Falls state park, Rainbow bridge, Maid of the Mist, and restaurants/shopping. It’s as described and the view is incredible. We could see the falls and fireworks from the windows. We would absolutely stay again.

James and Lisa are amazing hosts! The house was beautiful and very well kept. They even had a manual that let us know of things to do and most importantly, how to make coffee. I would reccomend this place to anyone. James and lisa were available almost instantly when we had questions.

The house is beautifully restored, featuring high-end woodwork, finishes, and thoughtful details. The bathrooms were generously stocked with towels, toiletries, and other personal items. The kitchen is spacious, functional, and equipped with every amenity you could need—and more. The grounds are very well maintained. We visited in June when the garden was full of blooming flowers, lush plants, and mature trees—creating a gorgeous setting for outdoor meals. Megan was not only a welcoming host, but she also anticipated our needs and communicated clearly before and throughout our stay. Everyone truly enjoyed the visit, making it a very special experience. We had a wonderful stay at Wayne’s home! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a relaxing living space. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Wayne was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and very easy to communicate with. He provided clear check-in instructions and even left a few personal touches that made us feel truly welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

From start to finish our stay at Cherrish and Matt’s exceeded our expectations! The room was nicely sized with a walk in closet and adjoining large bathroom and soaking tub. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this became our peaceful home away from home. We cooked a meal once and used space in the fridge and kitchen daily. Hosts were very accommodating and made us feel very welcomed, but were not at any time overly intrusive (there can be a fine line there, but they just gave us space to come and go as we pleased. Several times I had a request out of the ordinary, and Cherrish was very happy to help out. It is a lovely home close to everything on Grand Island and for all of the amenities (use of kitchen, dining room, and especially the refrigerator to keep supplies and groceries,) this setup met all of our needs and even our wants (roomy, peaceful, designated quiet times, and hosts’ excellent recommendations!) We plan on being repeat customers as often as we visit family on Grand Island

Jackie & Michael's place really felt like home. Super comfortable, well decorated and just felt really loving! Jackie's communication was amazing all weekend long. My daughter got to take a swim in the pool after a long Feis and I got to relax in the backyard with a pint. Our private room was, again, nicely decorated and super comfy. We had a wonderful stay at Mary & Brock’s. The home is beautiful and their backyard is stunning. They had bird feeders and it was like a bird sanctuary! I have never seen such a variety of birds which was so fun. We were there during the Fourth of July and we were actually able to see some of the fireworks from their front porch! Their place was clean and very comfortable. Mary was responsive and communicative throughout the experience. Thank you Marion Brock for letting us stay at your home!
