The beach is a 15-minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, you may hear music. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby. This may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area. The house was totally remodeled, 2023.

Full bath has detachable shower head for taller guests, shower head is mounted slightly lower from angle in ceiling. 10 minute walk to Woodlawn beach if you are in shape. 30 minutes if you are not.
