It's located in the heart of wine country, with at least 10 wineries within 10 miles as well as breweries, a cider house, and distillery. There is no lake frontage for guests to enjoy, but there are 3 nearby parks where guests can swim.

The property is a short drive to the east side of Seneca Lake. Swimming is great in the clean water.
