Dylan is a great host. House was great to accommodate our large group for a last-minute booking. Great location. Close to stores and food options if needed. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space, it was beautiful. The hidden gems of the house were the heated floors in the bathrooms!

Appreciated the attention to details, especially the needs of young children staying over - they had age appropriate games, plates & utensils, high chair, pack & play. Nothing was missed. The house was cozy and had plenty of functional space. We would have loved to utilize the pool area in the backyard, if visiting in warmer months!

We had a great stay. The house is very big, spacious, well decorated and clean. It felt very cozy. The house rules were clear and the host was reachable at any time.

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend stay at Julie’s house. There was lots of space indoors and out. The hot tub, pool, fire pit, and grill were all put to good use and made our stay so homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed. The location is excellent with easy access to 87, SPAC, and the race track.

The home was a comfortable temperature when we arrived, clean, and perfect for a getaway. The pool was warm with plenty of pool floaties for everyone, plus there were extra pool towels. Would recommend and will be coming back!

Carol’s place was beautiful! The pool was a nice bonus and it wasn’t too far from the falls! Carol was seriously, hands downs thee coolest airbnb host I’ve encountered yet!!! She was so funny and engaged when I had questions on how far things were or her recommendations on things to do nearby! I will def be back, if not to stay in her beautiful airbnb it will be to hang out with her!!! Thanks sooo much Carol! My sister and I had a blast and you made it 1000x funner!

Our family (including our two dogs) had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spreading out. The location was ideal—peaceful neighborhood with convenience to the event we are attending, shopping centers, and restaurants. The host was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond and offer helpful information. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

This is our fourth time staying at this house and it is our favorite, we come to Rochester twice a year for family gatherings, the only reason we stay anywhere else is if Ambers house is not available on our dates. Amber is a fabulous host, communicative from start to finish.

Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

This charming cottage is nestled in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with easy access to all areas of Syracuse. The location was perfect for my several-month stay. I was grateful for how warm the home stayed during Syracuse's intense winter. The tub was a lovely feature and the bed was very comfortable. There were a couple of minor maintenance items initially, but Anna was incredibly responsive and addressed everything promptly. Overall, my extended stay was truly peaceful and enjoyable. I felt right at home and would happily return.

We were in town to visit family. The home was perfectly located in a nice neighborhood. We slept good and felt very comfortable in this charming home! I have never been in an Airbnb that was so well stocked. Jenn was available if we needed anything and we would definitely stay here again.

Brooke's place is a good size...lots of room and so many nice touches (especially the abundant amenities provided for a small child). Very clean. Just as pictured. All good. The only thing I'd say as a bit of info to a prospective Airbnb-er, is that this location is not a walk to town spot, unless you consider 1.7 miles to the main shopping/dining area walkable. That said, it is still incredibly convenient...super quick drive to town or to race track or the lake...all while staying in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood setting.

I would highly recommend staying here and plan to return. The home is well equipped and comfortable with breathtaking views. Thank you Greg for sharing your home .

We had an amazing stay! The house was wonderful - super clean, tons of space and gorgeous views of the river. Beth responded to all of my messages extremely quickly. She was easy to work with and very flexible and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this house to larger groups; the set up with lots of single beds was perfect for what we needed. There was also a basement full of games that would be just perfect for kids and families. Everyone who stayed would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay! Felt at home as soon as walked in. All the modern conveniences while maintaining the beautiful history of the house. Travelling with adult kids and friends, plenty of room for everyone. Well appointed kitchen and baths, lots of blankets for an April visit, and the location was perfect for us. Easy walk to Ommegang and easy drive to downtown Cooperstown and several other more local breweries and eateries. We had a blast! Emily was more than accommodating with quick responses and flexibility, really appreciate her as a host. We look forward to our next visit, which will be a little later in the season so we can take advantage of the outdoor area and front porch. Can't wait!

We were looking for a place to stay near our son’s wedding venue (The Cannery) and the Justice Place was the perfect place! Laura and Joel’s home is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and provided the perfect accommodations to enable his family and groomsmen space to have breakfast and relax as we all got ready for the wedding! This is our second time staying here when we come to visit family. We love the location, quiet and just a couple minutes from our grandchildren. Easy access, cute cozy clean home nice kitchen amenities.

This was an absolutely wonderful property! We loved the location and it was a beautiful place perfect for our family of four and two dogs. I loved walking my dogs all over the beautiful lake area. We enjoyed fresh local food, very kind people, and the charm of a small lake town. Thank you to our host for being so responsive and helpful!

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

The hosts were very communicative and helpful!

The staff at The Heritage were outstanding. Ray was god sent, he went above and beyond everyday. Not many left like him.
