We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Kerala palace! The house was clean, and the bedrooms were inviting! The spacious rooms and high ceilings made it very special. It offered a peaceful retreat while still allowing quick access to the town, which had all the amenities we needed. The kids especially loved the space to run around and play. We were in Kerala for some Ayurveda treatment, and this place provided the perfect relaxing environment. Thanks to the hosts for quick responses and making sure any extra needs were also catered for! We would definitely come back for another stay. Highly recommended!

More than just a stay, Felt very much like home. Basic amenities were all as promised. This place is a must for stay if one likes to explore typical Kerala (for someone from North). Since this place is quite away from city, the journey to reach the destination will make you realize that you are in the State with most literate people (found only schools/colleges and off course the students all through the journey). Homemade food was the best. Fish curry seemed to be the attraction, but unfortunately I had to visit temple and did not have it. Would like to visit again for the beauty and calmness of the place and thoughtful conversations with the host.

Had a pleasant stay with my family here. It felt right at home .We didn’t face any issues . The location is very good , right in the city , but at the same time inside so that it’s peaceful and quiet .. if you have your own car , then this place will be a good location.

Beyond question, Benny's place was one of the finest and most rewarding of my well-over-one-hundred Airbnb experiences in different countries. Everything was as advertised in the listing and Benny was wonderfully communicative, even though we never had the pleasure of meeting. Mr. Babu, the on sight caretaker, was exceptionally gracious and kind in being sure that my needs and interests were met. He was absolutely available and attentive to my needs and interests. I loved the yard! Sitting there daily was one of the greatest pleasures during my six-day sojourn. It was a delightful and memorable experience. Without hesitation I offer Benny's place my highest recommendation. I certainly feel that I got what I paid for. I would be pleased to book another stay there sometime down the road.

Belljam Homes was a lovely surprise. We had booked the 3 bhk section of this 7 bedroom house (which offers you flexible options for stays) and had a wonderful time. There's a separate entrance for our area with an electronic number lock (shared to us alongside a very well made, detailed pdf explaining the area and amenities) leading to a wonderful section comprising 3 bedrooms, a vast sitting room and dining room area and also a kitchen with all the modern amenities required. For us, the star of the evening was of course the clubhouse behind the house (which can be used beyond regular hours privately by your team for a nominal charge per person). A quirky garden with motion detectors to help you walk in the dark leads to this clubhouse with a quaint swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tv, AC, bean bag, funky lights, books and bar setup for private parties. would definitely recommend.

Benny was an amazing host, responsive and super helpful. The house is spacious, well-lit and is equipped. The backyard is about 10cents in area and has some good greenery. There is also parking space for 2-3 cars. All the rooms have enough storage and the dinning table seats 8-10 souls. The TV is equipped with smart functions and also has a streaming partner. We did have small connectivity issues with the internet and some electrical fault with one of the Air Con which was fixed by Benny the very next day. The helper Babu is a friendly guy, helped us with groceries, cleaning and local tips. He was kind to even let us use his bicycle for early morning bike rides! Will definitely stay at Benny’s again.
