The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Character residence entirely at your disposal as well as the 3000 m2 garden, with 6 bedrooms, outdoor spa 6p usable in all seasons as heated to 36°, with very nice view of the countryside not overlooked, cathedral lounge, large screen cinema, billiards room and foosball, in a very quiet environment and 15 km from the sea. Ideal for family vacations in summer and winter. 3000 m2 garden, bicycles, unheated above-ground pool, ping pong table and many games available.

The house has a fenced exterior with terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs).
