Charming Normandy house, renovated with great taste. I love the decoration, the house is renovated but I kept as many old materials as possible. Expect a journey through time, with modern comforts. Large garden with swimming pool heated to 28 degrees, the pool is open from April to September depending on the weather. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. A large comfortable living room will allow you to enjoy your trip. A billiard room is available upstairs.

Privileged location: As if on the beach, this 37 m2 two-room apartment (living room with 140 bed area, plus a bedroom with two single beds), 180° sea views from all rooms with terrace, on the first floor with elevator of a quiet residence 1.5 km from downtown Cabourg by the Marcel Proust promenade (bike path). Guests have access to the swimming pool (15 June-15 September) and tennis court of the residence, as well as a double garage in the basement.
