Très bel appartement au calme, à deux pas du centre-ville d’Epernay. Vous y trouverez un bel espace de vie avec cuisine entièrement équipée, une partie salon avec canapé-lit (d’appoint) et TV. Un WC séparé. Une chambre principale équipée d’un lit 160x200, ouvert sur la salle de douche. Une deuxième chambre, communicante avec la première (attention pas de porte entre les 2 chambres), équipée d’un lit gigogne et placards, qui convient bien pour les enfants. Clim réversible dans l’appartement.
