Property located in the city center and in a quiet and secure residence. Noisy at night but given the location it's normal. Bedding is good (extra pillows would be a plus). We had a pleasant stay or is doable on foot!

We had a very nice stay in Xavier's apartment. It is a neat and nice apartment and is located on a quiet street. There is a lot to do in the area and we enjoyed our days here. Furthermore, Xavier was very friendly and thoughtful, he sent a message every now and then how it was and if he could help us with anything. In short, had a really good stay and the champagne region is definitely worth a trip

Clean, cozy accommodation matching the description and photos. I took this accommodation to attend a concert at the Arena, which is less than 10 minutes' walk away. Recommended. Enjoy your stay

Short distance walking to everything in Epernay. Dog grass patch around the corner. Private parking. Nice sauna, bathroom & kitchen. Dated furniture & bed/bath linnen. Easy communication with host. Would return with my dog.

Samia's apartment is ideally located, in a quiet residence and is very functional. The advantages: the parking space and the terrace. We did everything on foot. Samia is a friendly, responsive and caring host. We recommend her accommodation without hesitation.

Jean Philippe Et Isabelle are such thoughtful, gracious hosts - we sincerely appreciated the toys they set out for our toddler to play with :) highly recommend staying here, and we would absolutely return!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by her warm hospitality and thoughtful touches—she had a bottle of champagne, fruit juices, and sodas waiting for us in the fridge, which set the perfect tone for a relaxing trip to the Champagne Valley. The apartment itself looks like it belongs in Architectural Digest—immaculately clean, stylishly designed with chic modern appliances, and full of elegant charm. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the shower, with its pressure, was a piece of art in itself. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of it all, surrounded by cafés, shops, and the vibrant energy of Reims. Sophie was an outstanding host: responsive, accommodating, and incredibly kind. We felt so well taken care of, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this exceptional apartment in the heart of Reims! Everything was as described, or even better. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated, and perfectly equipped. Special mention for the terrace: a real little corner of paradise with jacuzzi, petanque court, barbecue... perfect for relaxing with friends or family. Great location - walkable to all of Ave de Champagne and Centre-Ville. Raynald was immediately responsive and willing to work with us on check-in time. The space was comfortable with plenty of space. Felt like home - we were able to relax immediately.
