Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. La Longère

Located 10 mins walk from the city center with its cafes and restaurants; 15 mins from Avenue de Champagne. Each room has a private shower or bath. A bottle of champagne will be offered. Possibility of visiting and tasting our production cellar.

The Lights of Epernay

The "Les Lumières d'Epernay" gîte is a former outbuilding that has been completely renovated. We opted for a sober decoration (industrial trend). With its large bay windows, all rooms are bathed in sunlight. It is a 5-minute walk to Epernay city center and 10 minutes to the train station. No need to take the car for a tasting of a great Champagne name. 2 private and secure parking spaces are also available.

Welcome to the Château de la Malmaison, In the family for 6 generations, we took over this home and completely renovated it during a year of intense work completed in December 2019. Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park.
