Alte Gerberei holiday apartment - historically cosy

Welcome to the "Alte Gerberei" holiday apartment! The spacious 70 sqm apartment in an old building is located at the foot of the old town of Engen in our house, which we occupy as a family with children. Parking is available on the opposite side of the street. A pastry chef, restaurants, supermarkets and everything for your daily needs are within walking distance. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away and offers an ideal connection for excursions in the region with the Seehas (Engen–Singen–Radolfzell–Konstanz).

Haus 1820 (OG)

This is the upstairs apartment (floor / 1st floor) in our beautifully located house in Tengen. The building from 1820 is classified as a worthwhile building in the ensemble of the old town. The construction in solid mussel limestone gives the house an wonderful homely atmosphere. Thanks to the location on the city moat, you have an open view to the south. In addition to the first floor, we also rent the ground floor (ground floor) via Airbnb. Another small apartment on the first floor is rented permanently.

Magical vacation barn in the "Alte Ölmühle" estate

Our "Alte Ölmühle" is located in Engen-Anselfingen, in the Hegau and in the midst of a volcano and castle world in the west of Lake Constance. We expanded our vacation barn in 2022 and renovated it in the charm of the old farm estate with lots of wood and luxury. Starting in 2022, we will rent the entire barn with a large kitchen and common room, from where 3 units with 2 rooms and a bathroom each will branch off. We offer many extras on our horse farm with an idyllic stream and schnapps distillery.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Wellcome in our modern furnished DG apartment with beautiful views of the Hegauberge. Vacation home in the Höwenegg Nature Reserve

The vacation home with a cottage flair is a rare gem in an idyllic location. A former forester's lodge on its own large meadow in the nature reserve. The original condition of the house was preserved, which provides a homely, rustic atmosphere. Each room has a sink, so there is not too much crowding in the shower. Additional room: 2 beds, washbasin, toilet, to be rented separately; see "The accommodation." Not suitable for people seeking luxury, modernity or a party.

The S12 is centrally located in the heart of Singen's city centre. The 8 apartments were newly furnished in 2022 and convince with their contemporary standard. In the surrounding area, you will find parking, public transport connections, shops and restaurants. The S12 is a fully digitalised apartment building. You can easily and conveniently fill out your registration form, check in, open your room door and check out using your smartphone.
