Little flat in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." Our newly renovated apartment with a big flower garden is located in a quiet and nice residential area of Engen. You have a romantic view of the historic center. Radolfzell, Konstanz and Zurich are easy to reach by car or train. Numerous shops can be used without a car. In warm weather, it is worth to talk a walk to the Hegauer Area or to the Lake Constance.

Vacation home

The apartment consists of a large living room and bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. A terrace and parking space are also available. In addition to the specified price, the city of Radolfzell charges a tourist tax of €3 per person per day.

The tastefully and modernly furnished apartment (electric stove, fridge, microwave) belongs to our single-family house in the heart of Engen in the beautiful Hegau. There is a private garden area with table and chairs as well as an umbrella, which can of course be used.
