We had a great time staying at Eckharts place. The place was clean, spacious, and flooded with light, in a very peaceful neighbourhood with all stores in walkable distance. There’s a neighbour’s car that comes greeting in the garden every day, which is great. We had some funny scaredy cat moments as sometimes the ceiling was creaking mysteriously…. And at night the bed made mysterious sounds… but nothing too scary 😁 The host is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for having us!

As a group of friends of four people, we enjoyed our stay very much. Apart from the fact that one of the mattresses was already a bit worn, we liked the apartment. The layout of the apartment, together with the furnishing style and the furnishings (e.g. board games).

We had a wonderful time at the Bijouhaus (2 adults, 4 children). The Bijouhaus was clean, fresh, bright and immediately created a feel-good atmosphere for us. Many leisure activities are quickly and easily accessible by car. The best strawberries of all time are available in the farm shop (5 minutes' walking distance) :) Andrea responded quickly and personally to concerns and questions. Thank you for the wonderful time, we can highly recommend the Bijouhaus...

We stayed at Eden Cottage for 3 nights in mid June, as a family of 4 adults and our dog. Big thanks to our host Martina, who was very prompt and supportive with any of our requests. Checking into the house was very easy, and all house rules were clearly communicated. A Things-To-Do folder made it easy for spontaneous activity ideas. The house is well located in the countryside of Stein am Rhein, and is very close to supermarkets. The railway station, Rhine river and old town are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The house itself is ideal for 4 people and a pet. All amenities are available, and the interior decor is great and thoughtful. The large garden is beautiful with many plants and trees. Our dog really enjoyed himself exploring around the garden. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again!

We had a fantastic stay and a real wow effect when we entered the house on the 3 floors. Everything is new and modern, super chic and sparkling clean. With a group of 8 adults, we had everything we needed and could even spontaneously have a barbecue. Carolin responded very quickly to messages and was extremely accommodating. I can 100% recommend a stay here! :)

Great host. Spacious, clean and very well equipped apartment. The house is divided into 6 appartments. Good location for biking, walking and visiting places. Very good communal facilities. Would love to return sometime.

we were guests at Anita's for a long weekend, took trips by bike and car to VS. the apartment is outside Donaueschingen, very quiet. we enjoyed the time with and especially with Anita with your support. great base for both cities and the Black Forest

We felt very comfortable in this bright studio. Very clean, tasteful and practical (kitchen) furnishings. Communication with the hosts was also uncomplicated and pleasant. Very happy to come back.

We loved the apartment from the first time we entered. It is furnished with so much attention to detail and every little thing has been thought of. Simply beautiful! Many thanks to Zeljka for all the beautiful attentions during our stay. It was an all-round successful holiday for us!

We were very warmly welcomed. After a short tour of the apartment and general information on handling, etc., we were also left alone again. It is a small, quiet place and the property had a field edge location, so you could sit outside in the evening. From there, you can reach Constance in 20 minutes or quickly reach other surrounding towns. Bathroom and kitchen are very modern and minimalist, which appealed to us. Everything was super clean and we had everything in inventory in the apartment that we needed.

As a family with two small children (4 and 6 years), we spent wonderful days in Ludger's apartment. The selection of books and toys is phenomenal, the apartment is equipped with everything you need in everyday life. The apartment is clean, there is enough of everything. Ludger is very friendly and very easy to reach. We had self-inflicted problems with the toaster, Ludger replaced it directly. Highly recommended, the value for money is great!

We had a very nice stay at Sandra's, the apartment was very clean and we especially liked the terrace with a view of the beautiful garden. We reached everything important, such as restaurants in the village, bakeries and shops, by bike.

Our stay with Christine was just great! The apartment with the sunny roof terrace was very clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped, so you could cook well. To justify it, there was a delicious cake in the fridge and during our stay there was homemade lemonade. Accommodation and hostess 10/10. We would definitely come back :-)

We attended a training course at Hohenfels Castle from Thursday to Sunday. The hosts had helpful tips on how to get there and park at Lake Constance. The accommodation was equipped to our complete satisfaction. Everything was super clean and everything was functional. In the neighbouring village, there is a shop with fresh rolls and bread.

Beautifully located location with very friendly owners. You can feel at home. Garden is very nice. Antonie and Manfred are sweet people! Definitely recommended to stay here. We hope to come back again

Barbara’s place was very well equipped, clean and felt very homely!! The view from the balcony is also very beautiful! Strongly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Marcus and Lana's place. The apartment is lovely, and it was spotless. The location is great, especially for wine lovers, as there are many wineries accessible on foot! ;) There was a private parking space, and the location allows you to reach many tourist points on the Bodensee by car quite quickly. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. We did not bike, but the location seemed great for it, and there was even a bike rental nearby. Overall, we had a great time and we would come back again. Definitely recommend it!

Apartment was very comfortable and very clean. Easy walk to grocery and restaurants. We were able to walk/hike from the apartment to the castle ruins. It was convenient to have parking space at the building. Enjoyed the two porches. Note: the apartment is up two flights of stairs and the second bedroom is accessed by a ladder.

Great and beautiful remote location to find some peace and quiet in the Schwarzwald!

We booked to spend a weekend with friends. Thomas's accommodation is perfect, charming and well-equipped. It takes a little more than ten minutes to walk to the centre, but the place is quiet and the view of the lake is breathtaking.

Nice spacious studio in the middle of the Black Forest. The studio is located on the ground floor of the hosts house, near the main road of Mitteltal, which was ideally located to start hikes and bike rides. With the Schwarzwald Plus card you can also use the bus for free to go to the start of hikes/activities in the region. Mitteltal has one very little supermarket and some bakeries and restaurants in walking distance (5-10 min). If you want some more options, Baiersbronn has some bigger supermarkets and more restaurants in 10 min by car. The sauna was a very nice addition on the rainy days. The bed was comfortable, the studio was very quiet and dark with the roller shutters down. The shower was also very nice. The host was very friendly and informative. We appreciated the parking spot in front of the house and the fact that we could park our racing bikes in the garage. We would recommend this studio for a peaceful trip to the Schwarzwald.

We had a very nice week and a half. Only the kitchen and fridge were smaller than expected; but no problem. The attic room in particular invited you to read and play.
