Rich bird and wildlife associated with what is Northern Europe's largest freshwater delta: Øyeren. Sheep bleating and cow mooing can be heard in the distance. The cabin has electricity and no running water. Guests must bring drinking water in 10-liter cans sold in grocery stores. For washing dishes and washing you can fetch water from the lake. Toll road approx. 1500 m before parking. Park in space 34, marked with tape. The forest trail begins with a steep hill, boots are recommended The cabin has its own beach and jetty, nicely landscaped garden with many seating areas, large dog yard. You can use canoe, paddle board and beach toys Winter season 5 beds, summer 9 beds. Internet in the summer season

Small social house by lake, only 30 min. from Oslo

This small social house is situated on the brink of Østmarka national park. You probably will not meet the shy wolf and lynx, but you might see deer og moose. I live here, but sleep in my workshop next door when I have guests. When you are visiting, we share the kitchen and the bathroom, and the big garden. The house is furnished with norwegian design, second hand and hand made book shelves. Book a forest bathing walk if you want 2-3 hours of relaxation. I am a certified forest bathing guide.

Enjoy the day with good walks in beautiful forest terrain, a pleasant evening by the fireplace, a wood-fired sauna or maybe just only enjoy the peace of the forest. The place is close to the Ski Association's trail network where you will find exciting and attractive "view points" within a 30 minute walk.

Here is a great place to get away, or if you just need a bed to sleep in! Parking space right outside the terrace of the apartment. Quiet surroundings, possibility to fire up the campfire (we have wood) In the summer we set up trampolines. Short distance to shops and nature around the house 😊 There is the possibility to make up an extra mattress in the living room. There is a dining room table that can be opened. We have 2 rabbits and 2 cats on the farm.

An old croft that has been and still is a ski lodge and Christmas gift house and party rooms has now become a unique place to stay. You are already in the countryside when you walk out the door and ski slopes are right outside when it is snowing or take a skate ride when there is ice on the water nearby. A bike ride is fine in summer and winter but best of all are the beautiful deep forests full of mysticism and beautiful trails.
