Beautiful barn in Emsworth with off-road parking.

A light and stylish open plan barn conversion, a wonderful place to relax. There's a patio area with gas bbq and it's just a short walk into central Emsworth and the quay that faces out onto Chichester Harbour. Easy access to loads of cycling routes, walks and just 15 minutes from Chichester by car with all its shopping, historic and arts attractions or Portsmouth's Dockyard and Gunwharf. Beaches at Hayling, Bracklesham and Wittering all within 30 min drive. Train station 10 min walk away.

Wisteria Lodge, is an annex to our home, an ideal location for exploring the South Coast and nearby National Parks. It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

The Folly

Easy access to the Hampshire country side close to Rowlandscastle village. Within easy reach of the coast lots of local walks. Next door to Staunton country park 18 mins from Hayling Island and 25 mins from Goodwood, Portsmouth and Southsea . 10 mins from South downs national park. Sleep in a comfortable American queen size bed. Outside sitting area overlooking a large field which usually has sheep and or cows plus the occasional deer. Plenty of local places to eat ask for recommendations.
