This place was beautiful. We booked this for the unbound gravel race so it's was 4 guys and 4 bikes. Middle of town and walkable to everything. The Flint Hills Nature trail is right outside your door, great for a shakeout ride. Host was great too!

This was not our first stay at Sandra's and won't be our last! It is a great location, close to everything you want to do, but quiet and peaceful for a great night's sleep. The rental is exactly as it appears and matches the description. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The place was clean, tidy and very comfortable. It met our needs while in the area for my son the race in the Unbound Gravel race.

I was traveling with my retired parents to my nephew's graduation. My dad needs to sleep in a recliner, so we picked this place. Everything was great - the place was clean (and dog friendly) and was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and there were extra touches that were appreciated (like plenty of extra towels and blankets, a first aid kit, and other toiletries in the bathroom, etc). The neighborhood was quiet and nice. We had no complaints. Carrie responded very quickly to messages. I'd stay there again if I needed to spend the night in Lawrence in the future.

Very cozy felt like home. Super clean!!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were AMAZING. The most comfortable bed I have stayed in an Airbnb. Pictures were exact!!

Hosts are helpful and responsive. house is as described. The house was clean and ready upon my arrival. The house is spacious enough for my party of two and my dog. Going through the laundry area to the back yard to let my dog outside is a little tight. Not a lot of room, however I was so grateful to find a place that I could bring my dog to and have a fenced yard. Even though it is fenced, one of the gated doors of the fence has a small space. A dog like a teacup or maybe even a small chihuahua could possibly escape. My dog is about the size of a Jack Russell and I don't think he could've escaped (and he didn't). Big dogs or heavier dogs won't be able to escape. I would definitely stay again and confidently recommend.

We were stopping in on our way out west and this place was the perfect halfway point for the 2 of us and our 2 big dogs. You could just tell the owners of this property actually cared. There was no skipping out when it came to the comfort of the place. The bed was great, toiletries were filled, and the bed even had 2 soft and 2 hard pillows! Brilliant idea! So easy to tell tons of thought went into this place!

Was a perfect landing place for extended family coming to town for an event. Comfortable and as described. Host was very proactive, friendly, and communicative. Nice neighborhood. Be prepared for a lot of stairs if anyone in your party has mobility issues. It worked fine for us. It was a nice stay.

Had a wonderful girls trip in Lawrence. Loved how close it was to Mass street and the farmers market! We enjoyed the hot tub and drinks at night.

Obviously, the location is perfect for K-State sports. Quiet, comfortable, convenient, and safe. But don't wait for a game to use this space. There is so much to do in Manhattan year-round.

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!

Jenna’s place is fantastic!! Jenna was super helpful, always immediately responsive, and her place is LOVELY!! It’s just like the pictures, across the street from the stadium and Via Christi hospital. Definitely recommend!

Great stay. We were attending a camp at Kansas State and the condo was literally across the street. It was just what we were looking for!
