Amenities included: 1 bedroom with king bed, and dresser space. Two loveseat sofas in living room that fold out into single beds. Roku smart TV. WIFI. Completely stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Covered patio with gas grill, pellet smoker, and fire pit. Kayaks, paddle boat, fishing gear, corn hole boards, and a basketball goal. Stocked pond with dock.

Located in downtown Emporia's Art and Entertainment District where many major events are held. With-in walking distance of the Granada Theater and ESU. Ample free parking. This space is located in the lower level of a commercial office building that has recently been re-purposed as a guest friendly temp-stay unit with kitchenette. -- Located on Commercial St. -- Cross street from ESU (Library) -- Private entrance and locks. -- 1 min walk to breakfast shop, grocery store or restaurants. ***** Not a sharing space. We host one booking at a time. ***** This is a beautiful and comfortable unit as long as you don’t mind about the stairs. This unit is at the second floor with a long stairway. Ideally not recommended for anybody with super heavy luggage. We do not have elevator. Please check on the pictures.
