The cosy loft is located in a quiet but central area, just 15 minutes walk from the train station of Lucerne. The house was built in 1905, the apartment was built last year and is on the 4th floor (without elevator). From the window you have a beautiful view on the city and the mountains. The flat includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine and a little fridge, bathroom with WC and shower and a double bed (160x200). We rent out our parking in front of the house for 5 chf/day.

For 1 to 2 people maximum. The apartment is too small for an additional child/bed, booking is not possible.

The picturesque town of Lucerne is 15 minutes away and you can drive to Interlaken, Bern, Zürich or Basel within an hour. You can get to Engelberg with its spectacular Mount Titlis in 45 minutes, not to mention a number of other major attractions. This is my buisness apartment which I use when working in Lucerne. Since I'm using it only a couple of months per year I let you rent it for your buisness trip or holiday while I'm not there. It's located in a very quite aera, short walk away from train and bus station. You reach Lucerne downtown by train in around 15 minutes! Large groceriestores are nearby and if needed you can park your car just outside the flat. Dirty clothes can be machine washed and dryed.

A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has a cozy, semi-covered patio with views of the countryside. It is perfect for couples, families and tourists to explore the city of Lucerne and its surroundings. For children we will gladly provide a child seat and travel cot on request.

Comfortable stay in a historic house

This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quiet in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is only a 3-minute walk to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. The city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. We attach great importance to cleanliness and hygiene so that you feel comfortable.
