Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Emerald Isle

Four friends and I stayed at Emily’s beautiful home this past weekend. The kitchen was unbelievably! Viking stove,oven and refrigerator! There was anything you needed! Beautiful wood floors throughout with pretty rugs as well. Huge dining room and very comfortable living room. Very nice half bath on the first floor. Nice front porch but unfortunately it was too cold for us to enjoy it. Upstairs there were 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels available. I would highly recommend this home. I know if we are back in the area, we will be staying at the exact same place!

This is a great place to stay and reasonably priced. Kathleen always responded quickly to any question I had. Lots of towels, blankets and linens were available. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. I highly recommend this host and listing.

Vickie was an incredible host and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was wonderful. Extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. Moreover, her place was certainly one of the better airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Everything was clean, comfortable, and was offered at a very fair price. Anyone planning to stay in the Wilmington area should strongly consider Vickie’s listing — you won’t be disappointed!

I have stayed in a number of Airbnbs in the US and Canada. This was the best one I've ever stayed in. It was immaculate, well appointed, great location, great parking, comfortable beds, and tastefully decorated. Jeff is such a thoughtful and friendly host, his passion for what he does is clear when you visit his home. The snacks, little toiletries on the beds and the fun Polaroid wall are just some examples of how Jeff goes above and beyond most Airbnbs. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and had everything you needed for a perfect beach weekend. We would love to come back next time family is visiting.

The best Airbnb experience ever!! The house was beautiful and in pristine condition. My expectations were definitely met. Jody was an amazing host and addressed any concerns I had (immediate response), as well as, very friendly.

This is such a charming place! This is one of the better AirBNBs I've rented. John was super helpful and responsive. The place had everything we needed and was super comfortable for our week long stay. It was clean, well stocked with the comforts of home, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Wish we had a little warmer weather while we were there so we could've enjoyed the back deck. Overall, our experience was fantastic!

My family enjoyed staying there. It was comfortable, beautiful, peaceful, friendly, clean, and we literally had the best sleep we have had in the longest time, those beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed the doc and the pool.

What a charming, well-appointed place! Had everything we needed! Easy to find and in a lovely very dog walkable neighborhood. Perfectly located for our business needs. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to New Bern!

Highly recommend! Esp if looking for pet friendly vacay rental! Home was very clean, and host were very thoughtful with extra dog bags, even an extra sheet to throw on the furniture or bed incase the dog jumped up to keep clean! Was just a short walk to the beach which I loved and had everything you needed from restaurants, to putt putt to shopping literally within a minutes drive. The host was available and very quick to respond with instructions and check out info. Even offered to bring us Easter dinner she had cooked if we wanted when I confirmed we made it and received instructions.❤️ Will def be back. Very cozy stay with just what u need!

Sandra’s place was amazing. My family and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday there this weekend. Even with a little bit of bad weather, we enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the music outside. Sandra’s place is excellently stocked. She equips you with everything you need to have a wonderful, relaxing time.

While in the area for the Azalea Festival in Wilmington, we rented this beautiful home! It was close to Wilmington activities, but is a perfect location in Carolina Beach, walking distance from many restaurants, shops and activities. We loved the spaciousness, upscale furniture and gorgeous kitchen. But the best feature, by far, was being feet from the beach! It was so peaceful that we sat outside and in the living room for hours just enjoying coffee, the sound of the surf and the sun coming up. When we arrived, we did find that the beds were not made. But the cleaner arrived quickly after a quick call and had the bedding completed by the time we came back from dinner. I would recommend that the owners considering a variety of mattress firmness. All the bed seemed very firm to me and I had a difficult time sleeping. But all told, we hope to come back again with other family members so they can experience this gem at the Carolina Beaches!

John and his co-hosts were amazing! Immediately upon arrival we were welcomed as family. They really went above and beyond in every aspect. The place was cleaned to perfection and there was so much to do! We were able to schedule an animal tour the same day, grill outside using their supplies and really relax as much as possible. Our room featured a private balcony and bathroom, but really the entire property should be highlighted. The hosts recommended beaches and restaurants for us to enjoy, and as we were checking out, John let us know that he was preparing breakfast for us as well! We were able to leave this amazing place with a full belly, homegrown fruits and veggies, eggs, and great memories. We will be back to visit for sure. Thanks again John B., John M, and Diana.

Words can’t express how much I enjoyed staying at John’s place. It was an amazing experience we will NEVER forget. It was by far my favorite bnb and I’ve stayed at a couple of Airbnbs. It’s close to the beach but it didn’t really matter because we wanted to spend all our time on his property. It was clean and there’s a ton of rooms in the villa! It is decorated so nice and the exotic animal farm he has is amazing! We stayed during the 4th of July and he had food waiting for us in their beautiful outside kitchen when we got back! You won’t want to leave the property. The pool was great and the rooms and bathrooms are so clean! I can’t wait to stay at their place again! I loved every second and they were all extremely responsive. They had fresh eggs and tomatoes that I brought home. Book your stay! You won’t regret it.

This house was perfect for 2 family’s. We love the neighborhood as well have stayed here before. House was great and plenty of sleeping areas for the kids.

I decided last minute that I needed a getaway with some relaxation and an stress-free time. John’s place popped up to the top of the results list. I had never booked anything where you shared space but I decided to give it a try because of the good reviews and the fact that my husband’s name was John. I just felt like it was ok and safe. I’m glad I decided to try it. Both John’s and Diana were super sweet and so helpful.The house is beautiful.The rooms have top of the line bedding and beautiful decor. The kitchen was stocked with some food and John cooked several times for people. I’ve never had that at a place before so that was so helpful on saving some money with eating out. Plus they had garden tomatoes so I enjoyed like 10 tomato sandwiches.The animal tour was so cool. It was amazing to me to see how many animals , especially birds. It was really impressive; feeding the lemurs lollipops & holding the baby wallaby, Casper, was really cool.i highly recommend!! I will be back. Thanks
