Holiday rentals with a patio in Emerald Isle

Perfect and peaceful location! Beach access was right across the street, so convenient!! Absolutely loved the outdoor shower to wash off all the sand after a full day at the beach. I could hear the ocean waves from the bedroom, amazing! A great beach getaway.

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Was in Wilmington for a 5 day work trip. Great place to break up the monotony of staying in a hotel every week. The location is perfect and the vibes of the unit and building are immaculate. Would 100% book again if I find myself in Wilmington for work or personal travel!

The loft looked just like the photos and was very clean and nicely decorated. Hosts were quick to respond and very helpful!

This place was beautiful! Erika has a very clean space and it was perfect for my friend and I’s vacation! The walk to the beach was a breeze, and there were lots of fun things and cute shops around the area! Erika was super responsive and helpful and gave perfect instructions that made getting checked in & out super smooth. I will definitely be back! Tippy was the cutest :)

We rented Steve's place to attend our granddaughters graduation.The location was very convenient with plenty to do within walking distance. Plenty of street parking but also a private spot in the back of the house. We didn't do any cooking but the apartment was well equipped if you wanted to cook small meals. There are 2 air conditioners which made the apartment very comfortable. Plenty of hot water with great pressure for 2 people. My only suggestion is to add a book with suggestions for things to do and places to eat. I'm very familiar with Wilmington but for newcomers, there's a lot to see and do that only locals can recommend. Great breweries, restaurants...even the Harris Teeter has a wine bar with music! Buy a bottle of wine, cheese, italian meats and crackers and enjoy the relaxing porch at sunset!

Great location, plenty of space for my family and I. Convenient ground level spot, easy for less mobile or handicapped folks. One thing I like to see in an AirBNB is more than one hand towel for kitchen use. The rest of the unit was very accommodating!

What a great location that checked all the boxes for our stay. Beach, restaurants were in walking distance or just a short ride away. We would definitely come back to Erin's place if in the area.

This was our third year staying at this wonderful little house, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, right on the water, yet just a short drive from great food, lots of activities, and everything the area has to offer. The house itself has such a unique, artsy charm that we absolutely love. It’s cozy, clean, and surrounded by natural beauty—every time we visit, we find ourselves immediately relaxed. As always MC was so sweet and affectionate, he’s become a highlight of our trips and we always look forward to seeing him! The host is consistently responsive and thoughtful, which makes the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay—highly recommend this special place!

Being on the beach was awesome! We enjoyed sunrises from the hot tub, going right down our stairs to the sand, walks to the pier, evenings on the deck… It was the perfect setting for our little reunion! The house is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. Location is also super convenient to food & coffee & seafood market. The only surprises were that our space was attached to another house (neighbors were very quiet, respectful, and friendly) and that we had to make our own beds upon arrival and remove bedding before check out. Overall, Emily’s house made our time with people we love even more fun & easy! She was a communicative, helpful host and we appreciate her sharing her home!

Our family had an incredible vacation while staying at the Alex Moore house. We really enjoyed the pool while using the outdoor grill to cook. Loved cooking in the beautiful chef’s kitchen and eating in a gorgeous dining room where we played games after dinner. Thank you Mike for making it a special family vacation.

The place was beautiful with direct ocean views .. loved that on split beach house on quieter part of beach without ton of traffic listening to the waves crash onshore and enjoyed the soft gentle breeze every evening from balconies pretty ved amazing . The decor was on point. Beds were very comfortable. The host and communication was the best. I had a couple of quick questions and Andrew answered promptly as well as being super friendly before arrival, upon arrival and checkout. Appreciated the care hosts took to ensure us as guests felt right at home. The elevator 🛗 was very handy for my elderly parents traveling with this vacation. We loved grilling out and enjoying cornhole on Mother’s Day. The pool was closed and opens Memorial through Labor - which was ok for us.Overall great experience and exactly what needed as relax, reset, recenter and rejuvenate.

Had a peaceful weekend getaway with my girlfriend here. It’s a beautiful home with a historic look and feel. Comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom, clean kitchen, private parking, nice colors, and a lot of natural light. It did everything we needed to and more. Special thanks to the hosts for reaching out and making sure everything was top notch, and replying quick to any questions or needs. Would stay here again.

We stayed two nights and had a great time- the house was clean and well decorated, location is lovely for walking to the beach or some of the local restaurants. They also provide beach chairs and an umbrella which we greatly enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying in this cozy cottage. Mike was very responsive and helpful with the questions we had. This is our second time staying in this duplex. Both sides are equally as great! The small fenced in yard for the dogs and being able to sit on the porch where you can hear and see the ocean is so peaceful. Would stay again!

Albeit the space is a little small, its perfect for a couple trying to have a close spot to the beach. Its easy to get in and out, relaxing, good amenities. There is a washer and dryer available in the main building, but we didn't press for that because there was a laundromat in town we could use. They really try to make use of every space in the condo.

This was a wonderful stay for me and my girls. It was so comfy and we felt right at home! Hearing the waves every day was relaxing. Definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Harmony’s place! It was super clean, incredible views of the ocean and watching the sunsets each night. The place was beautifully decorated and up to date appliances, everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and pillow were a plus. We loved how easy it was to walk right out to the beach. Having two young kids, it was awesome to have beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrella and MORE all provided! Short walk to the pier for food at Koko Cabana and Ruby’s coffee. We hope to make Oak Island our family spot each year and will book this condo again!

My experience at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly communicative. The location was beautiful, and the place was spotless and exactly as pictured-if not better.

We loved staying here! We felt right at home, and Laura was so helpful during our stay! The condo was clean and just like the pictures. Sitting on the porch watching the golf course was so nice. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful experience for my husband and me. Amazing location...5 minute walk to Atlantic Beach, very quiet location, accessible to all that the area has to offer. Karen was so helpful, pleasant and responsive. The compact apartment had everything that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the apt. was immaculate. Having free parking right outside our door was bonus. Thank you for offering this special spot. We will highly recommend to others.

Great place and host! Location is great and we walked to the beach everyday. We liked the overall quietness of the area too.

Unit really is right on the beach. The ocean is literally right at the back deck. There are massive sandbags to help with the beach erosion, yet the views were great and the sound of the ocean right off the balcony was amazing. I would return.
