Family-friendly holiday rentals in Émerainville

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment as part of our European trip. David was an amazing host. We had to book last minute because our other rental had fire damage. David was very responsive and helpful getting us accommodated. He even had a bottle of wine waiting as a welcome present. He recommended several places to eat and a grocery store for any needs. His apartment was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. He explained how everything worked since we are not from France. The location was perfect; right near two different metro stations and you can even partially see the Eiffel Tower from the windows. There is even a small lift for people who may have mobility issues like my husband. The area seemed safe and quiet. We even slept with the windows open at night for a cool breeze. This place was perfect for us and we will definitely come back when we return to France!!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

This apartment was the cutest place to stay at for anyone visiting the first time in Paris! It’s in a family friendly neighborhood and the building is extremely secure. Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk away and there are so many different cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything from our booking, to our check in and check out was easy with Sophie! She is the absolute sweetest host and is very accommodating, considering we were a few hours late from our initial check in because of flight delays. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is the biggest highlight! Watching the Tower sparkle every night was truly magical. We hope to be back! Thank you Sophie!

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

An ideal apartment for a group stay. The accommodation is clean, spacious, well furnished and you will certainly enjoy the balcony. The train station right next door and the shopping centre opposite make this Airbnb a very good choice in every way! Validated for my part ✅

Very good stay! The apartment is comfortable and pleasant! It matches the photos and is really easy to access (10-minute walk from the RER and the Val d'Europe shopping centre) The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and the apartment was impeccably clean! Our stay was amazing. The house matched the description perfectly. Very comfortable for a couple and a baby, very comfortable bed and crib, clean bed linen and towels, the only thing I would highlight is that the kitchen utensils and dishes should be cleaned more thoroughly, the rest is great. The location is very good in the centre of Paris, a 30-minute walk from the most important points such as the Notre Dame Cathedral. Near the house, there were also supermarkets and several delicious bakeries! The best is undoubtedly the Maé bakery. Fred was always available for any questions or concerns and was very kind. Great host. If we go back to Paris, we'd stay in this apartment again. Just keep in mind that it is a seventh floor and that the elevator goes up to the sixth (which is already indicated in the description), and that the elevator is very narrow, so it is better to travel with a light stroller if you are staying with a baby. Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from holiday and were delighted. Very nice, attentive and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, as the machine was not in the accommodation. Upon our arrival, chilled orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate attention! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 minutes from the park by car). When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were very much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

Beautiful Airbnb flat that accommodated our party of four nicely. Beautiful decor and greatly enjoyed our feline host (Lucknow). Both toilettes are at the same end of the flat so bedrooms at far end are not immediately near access to a toilette (just different layout than expected). The location is quiet but should be noted that it is on the second level of the building just above a children's preschool/daycare so there were mornings with children crying at drop offs which was mildly disruptive. Stephanie was a wonderfully accommodating and communicative host. She offered multiple suggestions for the area (shopping, dining, etc) whenever asked, prior to and during our stay. She even made arrangements for us at her delicious Indian restaurant located near Notre Dame. Overall, Stephanie's accommodations made for a spacious and comfortable stay. Merci !
