This 11 square meter place is anything but ordinary. Nevertheless, everything you need is available. The 2x2 meter bed can be reached via a ladder in the gable of the house. Both a small kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom are available in our space miracle. The sofa and TV invite you to linger. When booking, the address data of the booking person will be requested. This is required for verification due to local accommodation tax.

The innovative idea of placing the bed behind two drywall walls with windows and hatch creates a spacious and airy sleeping berth that at the same time offers privacy. Thanks to the extensive sight axes and floor-to-ceiling windows, the room looks bright and welcoming. Another highlight in this apartment is the creative workspace cleverly hidden in a closet alcove.

Here we rent our small centrally located apartment. It is only 300 m from the Ems-Jade Canal cycle path and about 1 km from the Kesselschleuse. The city center is also close by at 2.5 km. Fresh rolls and groceries are also no problem. The nearest supermarket is 500 m away. The VW factory can also be reached within 10 minutes by car. In summer, a small garden is at your disposal.
