Der Flughafen ist etwa vier Kilometer entfernt und mit Auto oder Bahn in ca. fünf Minunten zu erreichen. Die Frankfurter City sowie die Messe erreicht man in ca. 20-25 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Bahn. Treat yourself to a visit to our half-timbered house Anno 1690, renovated in 2019, in the very quiet old town of Stromberg, right by the Schlossbrunnen fountain below the 3 castles. The kitchen on the 2nd floor is excitingly located in the former battlement of the city wall. The medieval building still has the typical steep oak stairs and the ceiling height is outside the norm. Cozy stay in the house and as a starting point for hikers & bikers....for relaxation and adventure...

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

We have further renovated our popular vacation home over the winter - the bathroom has been expanded with an additional large sink, a separate dining room and the living room have been comfortably refurnished. The bedrooms on the upper floor can be air-conditioned in summer. The beautiful conservatory and balcony invite you to linger. We do NOT rent to fitters.

Historic Skipper House in Old Town

Enjoy a journey back in time! The two medieval skipper's houses are located directly on the old market square and are connected inside. Each room has its own modern bathroom! You can relax under large lime trees after a hike on the Rheinsteig and sample the town's excellent wines. The holiday flat is also very conveniently located for attending a concert on the Loreley open-air stage!
