You could get lost over the 3 floors - 4 modern bathrooms means that you're spoilt for choice. 6 minute walk to Eltham Mainline Railway station. 18 minutes to London Bridge. It is a large, double fronted house. The front garden has borders and off street parking for three cars. Free parking is also easy in the street.
