Nani's Nest is a home away from home. Our apartment lies in the middle of the Austrian Alps. Its superb location in the village of Söll makes it easy for you to enjoy all the amenities the village has to offer: splendid restaurants, ski schools, ski & bike rental places, gondola station, hiking trails and ski slopes are all within a walking distance of 5-10 minutes.

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

Our chalet is located in a quiet, idyllic, sunny location in Kirchberg. From the center about 6 minutes driving time. The rustic yet cozy "cottage" has one bedroom, another bedroom is located on the gallery, as well as a room on the lowest floor, ski room, storage room for sports equipment. Covered garages are provided. A terrace with sunbathing area and a magnificent view over all the mountains makes some hearts beat faster.
