This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Enjoy relaxing days on 62 m² with a combined living and sleeping area (32 m²), modern shower and a fully equipped kitchen including a fully automatic coffee machine. The highlight is the approx. 55 m² covered terrace with swimming pool (in summer) outdoor kitchen and gas grill. Parking is right in front of the house. In winter, a fireplace also provides a feel-good atmosphere and makes cold days particularly pleasant. Microwave, hair dryer, towels and linens are of course also included.
