If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. It is an 8-minute walk to Meerssen station and 10 minutes to the beautiful city center where there are several restaurants and cafes. Furthermore, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Aachen are easily accessible nearby.
