The apartment at the (raised) ground floor was very spacious and clean, with all possible amenities. The bedrooms in particular were very large with comfortable beds. The building was surrounded by lawned garden and olive groves, offering privacy and relaxation. Greg even allowed us to use the stone-built barbecue as an extra treat. Very highly recommended!

Séjour agréable dans la région à 30 minutes de Olympie. La maison est sécurisé pour les jeunes enfants. On a pu profiter des jeux dans le jardin et à la plage qui est à seulement 1 minutes à pied.

Un endroit où on se sent tout simplement bien ! Vous vous sentirez chez Ioannis comme à la maison. La maison est très bien équipée. Il ne manquerait plus que des transats sur la terrasse pour profiter du chant des cigales parmi les oliviers pour que tout soit parfait. Pas de piscine mais une douche à l'extérieur permet de se rafraichir quand il fait très chaud et de se rincer les pieds en revenant de la plage. Il y a la climatisation dans chaque chambre ainsi que dans le salon. Idéalement située dans le centre de l'île, environ à 30mn des points essentiels, 45mn pour les extrémités de l'île. Voiture indispensable. Petit point négatif, le ménage n'avait pas été fait à notre arrivée (sol, évier, frigo), il ne faut pas être exigeant sur ce point. Mais nous avons prévenu Ioannis (qui n'est pas présent sur place) qui, nous sommes sûrs, ne manquera pas d'être vigilant sur ce point pour les prochains. Enfin, il y a un quiproquo dans l'annonce. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas compris. Il y a de l'eau, du café soluble, des petites portions individuelles de confiture à la fraise, et c'est tout (et hors pdj : une bouteille de vin pour le séjour). Pas de quoi manger un petit-déjeuner ou personne pour vous l'apporter donc comme nous nous y attendions (ce qui est normalement le cas dans les autres Airbnb du monde lorsque la mention "petit-déjeuner inclus" est indiquée). C'est ce qui avait orienté notre choix vis-à-vis du budget et nous avons eu la "surprise" en arrivant. Malgré ces 2 petits points, nous savons déjà que si nous revenons à Zakynthos, nous retournerons dans cette paisible maison avec une très belle vue sur la montagne.

A beautiful place to stay, very peaceful. Loved our morning and evening terraces. Amazing bird life, butterflies and plants. Everything there for cooking. Tavernas and little shops nearby. George en zijn vrouw zijn aardige mensen die je komen ophalen bij de kerk, en naar het huis brengen. Een mooi oud karakteristiek huis met tuin (incl kippen en konijnen). Dicht bij zee met prachtige zonsondergang (geen strand).

Περάσαμε 2 νύχτες στο σπίτι του Φιλίππου. Ήμασταν λίγο ατυχείς με τον καιρό και το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν κρατούσε θερμοκρασία παρόλο που το σπίτι είχε θέρμανση. ευτυχώς ο Φίλιππος ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα και μας έφερε μια σόμπα, με την οποία το δωμάτιο ζεστάθηκε πολύ καλά. οι χώροι του σπιτιού ήταν άνετοι και η επικοινωνία και η επικοινωνία με τον Φίλιππο εξαιρετική.

Het was echt geweldig! Wat een fantastisch uitzicht over de zee, met aan de overkant, zeer in de verte bergen. Echt een plaatje. Grote tuin er bij met verschillende zitplekken, hangmatten en een zweefbed, ligstoelen, etc. Blijft gewoon op je netvlies staan, zo mooi. We hadden 6 dagen gehuurd en zelfs tussendoor kreeg het huis nog een keer volledige schoonmaak, werd het bed verschoond, etc. De host waren zeer vriendelijk en proactief, als we iets nodig hadden als bbq, kwamen ze het ook nog eens brengen. We schrijven zelden een review, maar dit was zo mooi, dat gun je een ander ook.

Bonjour. Logement calme, privé, avec place de parking, très propre, lit confortable, très bien équipé, un plaisir de cuisiner. Des petites attentions, plus des biscuits maison, comme chez ma grande mère. Merci encore. Nous y reviendrons.

Had a great stay here in early May. Tsivili is a lovely town with great restaurants and lots to do, everything within walking distance from accommodation. Far enough from the hustle and bustle to not hear a thing in the nights. The apartment is spacious and we loved that we were provided with bread, cheese, orange juice, milk, jam etc. and a Nespresso machine. We even got some organges from the garden that we could juice with the juicer provided. John wasn't as responsive at first through AirBnB but later on Whats app he was and he gave some local tips. He was there upon check in at 9pm and straight away fixed a small issue we had with our lock on the front door. Highly recommend and if we're ever back we'll definitely consider staying here again.

We hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad! Pavlos is erg gastvrij en was bereid ons met alles te helpen. Zo gaf hij goeie tips en was hij makkelijk te bereiken. Hij is een erg prettige en gastvrije host geweest! De locatie is ook perfect! Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig heeft en een zwembad op het terrein. Daarnaast is de liggen op het midden van het eiland ideaal, waardoor niks langer rijden was dan een halfuurtje!

This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in more than once, which should say everything! Just the perfect spot, with a great pool, BBQ, nearby almost private beach and a short walk into Poros. We hope to be back again in the future!

Bij aankomst werden we meteen enthousiast en vriendelijk welkom geheten. Hoe de woning staat omschreven in de advertentie, zo zag het er in het echt ook uit! Schoon, ruimtelijk en voldeed aan alle wensen! Top service! De host is vriendelijk en was goed te bereiken voor vragen, activiteiten en tips! Met 11 vrienden hebben we een leuke vakantie gehad!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described - luxurious, and spacious. The owner was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or needs, making the experience even smoother. Highly recommend :)

Host was amazing and incredibly responsive ! Location is great as well. From what we could see of the island, location is just right - walkable distance to beach, restaurants and great spots ! Internet is slow so ensure you have empty data. I’ll say it again though, host made all the difference with his friendliness, recommendations and support !

Wij zijn een week in de air bnb verbleven en hebben een top tijd gehad. Plekje ligt rustig met een mooi uitzicht. Het huis is ook prachtig! Alles word goed schoon gehouden en bij aankomst stond er een grote fruitmand en Griekse lekkernijen klaar. We hebben genoeg tips gekregen om in de omgeving te doen. Ze heeft ook een huur auto voor ons geregeld wat helemaal top was. Alles is soepel verlopen en zijn zeker van plan nog een keer terug te komen.

Dieser Urlaub war ein Stück Paradies auf Erden. Teti und ihre Familie haben uns warmherzig aufgenommen und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt: der Strand war einige Meter entfernt und die Stadt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Mithilfe der Tipps von Teti hatten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub und konnten in das griechische Leben eintauchen. Das ist definitiv nicht unser letztes Mal gewesen und es war dank Teti einer der schönsten Aufenthalte die ich bisher erleben durfte. Ich bin absolut glücklich und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen!

Christina macht alles für euch! Sie hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und uns wieder dorthin gebracht - ohne Bezahlung. Wir waren den ganzen Aufenthalt über Handy verbunden und Christina hat immer wieder gefragt ob alles in Ornung sei. Außerdem hat sie uns wertvolle Insider- Tipps gegeben. Unterkunft hat einen schönen Garten und super ruhiger Lage. Kann sie wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!!

Unser Aufenthalt auf Zakynthos war wunderbar. Organisatorisch mit der Unterkunft hat hervorragend geklappt. Obwohl wir vom Flug her etwas Verspätung hatten, hat der Gastgeber auf uns gewartet. Die Unterkunft liegt an einem ruhigen Ort. Gegenüber gibt es eine Taverne und daneben eine Bar. In der gleichen Straße gibt es auch einen Supermarkt, der aber leider während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen war. Etwa 1 Kilometer entfernt liegt der Hausstrand, den wir aber nur bei der Ankunft besucht haben. Unsere Empfehlung ist mit einem Mietwagen die Insel und die schönen verschiedenen Strände/Buchten zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Our family loved staying here over the New Year holiday. The surroundings are beautiful. The access to the beach is through olive and citrus groves, and the beach stretches on for miles. The home was cozy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the outdoor brick oven, and hanging out but the indoor fireplace at night. The host and her family were so kind and helpful, and we even took home some olive like produced on the farm!

The house is exactly as described and really is on an olive farm. The location is idyllic amongst the olive trees. Charles provided excellent instructions so could find the house, you can't go wrong if you follow them. We read some guests were concerned about the road up to the house, it is unpaved in part but not too steep. Our hired automatic Corsa had no trouble. We were left a very good selection of initial supplies, milk, bread milk etc and the house is well stocked with essentials. The local beach is gigantic, magnificent and was sometimes rough during our October stay. Maybe not so good for young children. We visited famous sites such as Olympia (of course, it was great) and found some less visited places hiking in the mountains. Neda waterfall gorge was very good. A great stay, much to see, very comfortable house and aimiable host (learned a a bit about Olive farming, it's hard work). Not many negatives, local towns are a bit anonymous and the local dogs enjoy a good bark.

The place is very convenient and cozy! It has a private parking space too, which is very useful. The bathroom is very comfortable and clean, and the rooms are big enough for a couple. Only minus, little far from shops as mentioned in the description, so a car is needed for sure.

Le cadre est super, on est vraiment au plus près de la mer et la plage et super calme !
