The apartment at the (raised) ground floor was very spacious and clean, with all possible amenities. The bedrooms in particular were very large with comfortable beds. The building was surrounded by lawned garden and olive groves, offering privacy and relaxation. Greg even allowed us to use the stone-built barbecue as an extra treat. Very highly recommended!

Pleasant stay in the area 30 minutes from Olympia. The house is safe for young children. We were able to enjoy the games in the garden and at the beach which is just a 1-minute walk away.

A place where you just feel good! You will feel at home. The house is very well equipped. All that would be missing is deckchairs on the terrace to enjoy the cicadas singing among the olive trees so that everything is perfect. No swimming pool but an outdoor shower allows you to cool down when it's very hot and rinse your feet back from the beach. There is air conditioning in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Ideally located in the center of the island, about 30mn from the essential points, 45mn for the ends of the island. Essential car. Small negative, the cleaning had not been done when we arrived (floor, sink, fridge), you should not be demanding on this point. But we have informed Ioannis (who is not on site) who, we are sure, will be sure to pay attention to this for the next few. Finally, there is a misunderstanding in the listing. Breakfast is not included. There is water, soluble coffee, small individual portions of strawberry jam, and that's it (and out of pdj: a bottle of wine for the stay). No breakfast or person to bring it to you as we expected it to be (which is normally the case in other Airbnb's in the world when the mention "breakfast included" is indicated). That's what directed our choice of budget and we were "surprised" when we arrived. Despite these 2 small points, we already know that if we return to Zakynthos, we will return to this peaceful house with a beautiful view of the mountain.

A beautiful place to stay, very peaceful. Loved our morning and evening terraces. Amazing bird life, butterflies and plants. Everything there for cooking. Tavernas and little shops nearby. George and his wife are nice people who come to pick you up at the church, and take you to the house. A beautiful old characteristic house with garden (including chickens and rabbits). Close to the sea with beautiful sunset (no beach).

We spent 2 nights at Philip's house. We were a little unfortunate with the weather and one bedroom didn't keep a temperature even though the house was heated. thankfully Philip responded promptly and brought us a stove, with which the room warmed up very well. the spaces of the house were comfortable and the communication with Philip was excellent.

It was really great! What a fantastic view of the sea, with opposite, very in the distance mountains. Really a picture. Large garden with various seating areas, hammocks and a floating bed, sun loungers, etc. Just keeps standing on your retina, so beautiful. We had rented for 6 days and even in between the house got full cleaning again, the bed was changed, etc. The host was very friendly and proactive, if we needed anything like bbq, they also came to bring it. We rarely write a review, but this was so nice, you give it to someone else too.

Great basecamp if you are looking to explore ancient Olympia and get a feel for local culture and people. There is a great beach, good access in many places if you drive 10-15min. The beach is probably 10km long and there was absolutely no one there early May. The water was warm enough to stay in for a while. Great host and a beautiful back yard. Although you have your part of the house to your self there is a few other people living in the house. One next door and one lady upstairs, you still have privacy. There is a couple of dogs in the neigbourhood that likes to bark in the middle of the night. Overall, great place and great experience

Had a great stay here in early May. Tsivili is a lovely town with great restaurants and lots to do, everything within walking distance from accommodation. Far enough from the hustle and bustle to not hear a thing in the nights. The apartment is spacious and we loved that we were provided with bread, cheese, orange juice, milk, jam etc. and a Nespresso machine. We even got some organges from the garden that we could juice with the juicer provided. John wasn't as responsive at first through AirBnB but later on Whats app he was and he gave some local tips. He was there upon check in at 9pm and straight away fixed a small issue we had with our lock on the front door. Highly recommend and if we're ever back we'll definitely consider staying here again.

Pavlos was an excellent host. Very helpful and gave us good local recommendations of beaches and restaurants. The villas are well designed to maintain privacy. The pool was beautifully clean with a lovely view to the sea. It was nice to be able to buy food and drinks there. The villa was cleaned daily. Would highly recommend.

This is the only Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in more than once, which should say everything! Just the perfect spot, with a great pool, BBQ, nearby almost private beach and a short walk into Poros. We hope to be back again in the future!

Top service! The host is friendly and easy to reach for questions, activities and tips! With 11 friends we had a fun vacation!

Host was amazing and incredibly responsive ! Location is great as well. From what we could see of the island, location is just right - walkable distance to beach, restaurants and great spots ! Internet is slow so ensure you have empty data. I’ll say it again though, host made all the difference with his friendliness, recommendations and support !

We stayed at the air bnb for a week and had a great time. Place is quiet with a beautiful view. The house is beautiful too! Everything is kept clean and upon arrival there was a large fruit basket and Greek delicacies ready. We got plenty of tips to do in the area. She also arranged a rental car for us which was completely top. Everything went smoothly and are definitely planning to come back again.

This vacation was a piece of paradise on earth. Teti and her family welcomed us warmly and we immediately felt comfortable. The place was perfect all around: the beach was a few meters away and the city is 5 minutes by car. With the help of Teti's tips, we had a wonderful holiday and were able to immerse ourselves in Greek life. This was definitely not our last time and it was one of the most beautiful stays I've had so far thanks to Teti. I am absolutely happy and highly recommend this place!

Christina does everything for you! She picked us up at the airport and took us back there without payment. We were connected via mobile phone for the whole stay and Christina kept asking if everything was in order. Plus, she gave us valuable insider tips. Accommodation has a lovely garden and super quiet location. Can really only recommend it!!

Our stay in Zakynthos was wonderful. Organizationally worked out excellently with the accommodation. Although we were a little late from the flight, the host was waiting for us. The location is in a quiet spot. Opposite there is a tavern and a bar next to it. In the same street there is also a supermarket, but unfortunately it was closed during our stay. About 1 kilometer away is the house beach, which we only visited upon arrival. Our recommendation to explore the island and the beautiful different beaches/coves with a rental car. The property was cleaned every 3 days and changed laundry. Host was always available and very friendly.

Our family loved staying here over the New Year holiday. The surroundings are beautiful. The access to the beach is through olive and citrus groves, and the beach stretches on for miles. The home was cozy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the outdoor brick oven, and hanging out but the indoor fireplace at night. The host and her family were so kind and helpful, and we even took home some olive like produced on the farm!

The house is exactly as described and really is on an olive farm. The location is idyllic amongst the olive trees. Charles provided excellent instructions so could find the house, you can't go wrong if you follow them. We read some guests were concerned about the road up to the house, it is unpaved in part but not too steep. Our hired automatic Corsa had no trouble. We were left a very good selection of initial supplies, milk, bread milk etc and the house is well stocked with essentials. The local beach is gigantic, magnificent and was sometimes rough during our October stay. Maybe not so good for young children. We visited famous sites such as Olympia (of course, it was great) and found some less visited places hiking in the mountains. Neda waterfall gorge was very good. A great stay, much to see, very comfortable house and aimiable host (learned a a bit about Olive farming, it's hard work). Not many negatives, local towns are a bit anonymous and the local dogs enjoy a good bark.

The place is very convenient and cozy! It has a private parking space too, which is very useful. The bathroom is very comfortable and clean, and the rooms are big enough for a couple. Only minus, little far from shops as mentioned in the description, so a car is needed for sure.

The setting is great, we are really close to the sea and the beach and super quiet!
