Holiday rentals with beach access in Elis

We decide on this Airbnb last minute and it was the best decision we made on the island. The place was peaceful, relaxing, and private while still being walking distance from beautiful batches and authentic Greek cuisine. The host was more than responsive and catered to our every request. I can’t recommend this place enough. Worth every penny. Just pay the money !! We will be back.

Excellent stay for the few days we had left at the end of a 3 week holiday. Very convenient for plenty of shops, bars and eating places. Very convenient for the airport of course as you can tell by the location. Obviously there is noise from the airport but it is excellent if you like to get close to planes landing and taking off - like I do. Note, there is no noise overnight as the planes stop. The family running the accommodation were great. We were given a traditional Greek dish from Spiros mum which was delicious. Not only were the family friendly, so was their playful (big) labrador. Don't worry if you don't like dogs - he only visits guests who like him! We even got a free lift to the airport when it was time to go. Well recommended!

We had a great week in Zakynthos in Avgeris & Lily’s apartment. It’s easy to reach by car (they also recommended us a great local car rental business), super quiet and clean. Avgeris & Lily are very easy to reach and are always ready to help when we had a question. They always made sure we had everything we needed.

Very comfortable stay. Lots of restaurants in town. Lovely to look out over the water.

It was beautiful and heartwarming. The garden, the reception, the studio, the location near the beach. So beautiful everything. A big 10.

Antonis and his place are a delight in every way - perfect location, stunning view, comfortable, immaculately clean, peaceful, could not ask for a kinder, more responsive, and thoughtful host who went out of his way to care for guests. The breakfast provided is delicious every day, and the host is friendly. The pool and rental items in the accommodation were also really nice.

Dionysis was very friendly and very helpful. Gave us a lot of great recommendations and was there to meet us at check-in and check out! The neighboring town Alinkanas was the perfect speed for our trip. Not too busy but still some great dining and bars to pick from, very safe area

Spacious home near the water. Check in and check out was key transfer from George and wife with tour of house and garden. Super nice people.

I love my stay at this location. The owner was very friendly and always ready to help. The house was everything we could've asked for during our stay.

The house is lovely, convenient and with all the comforts. Mrs. Evgenia's hospitality was wonderful and left us with the best impression.

Honestly, I have never felt so at home in a different country. The space is incredible and both Christos and his father were very welcoming. His father has a little gardening plot next door and gave us fresh zucchini’s and cucumbers one evening whilst we were barbecuing. I honestly did not want to leave but it was the only two days that were available. I will make sure I book further in advance next time so that we can stay for longer! Additional bonus was that there is now a sea kayak that I got to take my boyfriend out on this morning which made my week watching him navigate through the clear waters whilst I snorkelled around. An absolute gem of a place and cannot recommend enough. Thanks so much for having us 🩷

Beautiful studio, fully equipped and comfortable. I loved the location: it’s a bit on the edge of the village and very peaceful, but you can walk to the restaurants and supermarkets. Amazing sunrises over the sea from the balcony. I’ll come back here next time I’m in kephalonia. Warmly recommended!

Had a fantastic stay at Sofita Sea View Apartment, on the main Street of Argassi which was fab as we could walk to all the restaurants and shops etc. But was still at a more peaceful and quiet end of the street. Windows do a good job at keeping noise out. Place was clean and beautiful with everything you need. Host was great at communicating and very friendly, she also messaged to check in half way through to ask how our stay was going. I would definitely come back!

I was with a friend in Sterre of the Sea. Wonderfully quiet, cozy and spacious apartment with two separate bedrooms. However, only one goes towards the sea. We felt very comfortable. The mattresses were quite thin, but if you don't have back problems, you'll be fine. We were there for a week and in between cleaned, towels and bed linen changed - that was great! The fly screen in the windows is another plus. We had no problem with mosquitoes. If you want to get to know the island and have a car, the location is great. We would come back anytime.

Great place in a good location!

My stay was everything I needed and wanted to full fill my stay in Patras. I highly recommend this condo. Location was perfect. Within walking distance and far enough from square that I felt safe and private in my stay. Lena is a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful in any questions and numbers to help navigate where I want to go while my stay in Patras.

Dionisis was a great host for me. welcomed me on arrival, this is always a nice thing. the view you wake up to money just can't buy. it's a perfect location if you want to relax and only a 5 min walk to all the shops, hire companies and amazing restaurants.

Great option. Really enjoyed our including the private garden by the sea. Room very comfortable and as described. About 20 minutes walk to Zakinthos town which is a pleasant spot with walks along the front and up to the fortress. Bus station is modern and well run and all buses we used arrived and departed on time.
