The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

It is located directly on the Forggensee (reservoir). The bright apartment is about 100 square meters in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein.” It's located right next to the Forggensee dam.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The Eisenkopf apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with two sofas, a wall unit and a TV. In the bedroom is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a TV. In the kitchen you will find all kitchen appliances and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker or filter coffee maker. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.

We have a key box for you so you can check in independently at any time. There are no other guests in the house. We live close by, so someone is always there for you when you need support. Here in the middle of the Alps and the Natura 2000 nature reserve, you can enjoy tranquility and relaxation with stunning views of the mountains and an idyllic lake. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchenette with dining area, a bedroom with a box spring bed and a living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. A parking place is available. Ideal for a relaxing stay in a comfortable atmosphere.
