One steeper staircase to 1st floor, bath (shower) & hall (ground floor). Curtains, blinds except in bathroom (milky glass, garden). Key locker. Haus Regina is an independent little townhouse on two floors with a private entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: the large one with a double bed, the little one with two single beds. As usual in holiday homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the motorway.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction!

Family Waldkauz's guesthouse in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, near Kassel and is surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the door into the forest and yet only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and large groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and feel very comfortable on a regular basis.

A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Lovingly converted workshop in formerly Stallgbäude

The apartment is located in a 100 year old barn of an idyllic, 26 soul village in the midst of (almost) unspoilt nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It's an area with no superlatives. Everything very normal without big attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate in this area. Lots of nature, wide view and little distraction. It is a place where you can unwind and gather strength.

My cottage Waldferienhaus is located on a meadow at the edge of the small town Lamspringe. There is a beautiful view into the landcape. The calm, hilly countryside is inviting you to spend some relaxing days far from noise and traffic. You can explore the environment by hiking (some nice geocaching-trails here), or visit the Harz mountains or some towns like Goslar, Hildesheim, Bad Gandersheim.
