The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m² on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2 × 2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. The interior is nordic-elegant, with a small bedroom, living room with Couch (could sleep 2 more persons), small balcony, modern and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and a small corridor. The view from the apartment rewards the long stairs up to the 4th floor.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.
