Holiday rentals with lake access in El Palmar, Pobles del Sud

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Pase un fin de semana con mi pareja y nos encantó la casa, muy tranquila y a parte pillamos justo las fiestas del pueblo y bajamos a verlas, una maravilla de pueblo, super bonito a parte hay un río precioso en el que hay patos y muchos sitios que visitar cerca del pueblo, unos ríos en los que te puedes bañar y muy bonitos.

Stayed at this place for two weeks and it was great. It has two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, even a bathtub. The area is very quiet, nice garden. The railway station is 15 minutes on foot. Jose was extremely helpful and replied our messages any time. Overall, recommended!

Domingo and his wife were so helpful and informative. The accommodation was open and clean. We felt right at home and had a lovely trip. Thank you guys!

Una zona muy bonita y tranquila

Ubicación muy buena, zona tranquila y genial para poder pasear y relajarte. Jorge fue extremadamente amable y dispuesto, nos había encendido la estufa antes de llegar para que la casa cogiera temperatura porque hacía frío. Las camas cómodas, con ropa de cama, mantas, edredones y todo muy limpio. La zona del paellero es maravillosa y la pudimos disfrutar a pesar de la lluvia al estar cubierta. Se nota que es una vivienda muy cuidada y con mucho interés de que estés cómoda y puedas disfrutar de la estancia. Muchas gracias por todo

This place was amazing! It was clean, beautiful and exactly as it was in the pictures. A unique feature of this building is that there is a little restaurant on-site at the pool which allowed us to spend the whole day there with our kids. Absolutely loved this place and would stay again.

Yvonne's place is stunning! Ideally located in the beautiful Albufera park, with lots to do around. Both the lake and the seaside are really close, you can get there walking 10-15 minutes. The flat is spacious and clean, with a small terrace to enjoy the sunset on the lake while you have dinner. In fact, even from Yvonne's living room, you can enjoy a stunning view of both the lake and the seaside. Yvonnes was very responsive throughout our stay and suggested a few things to do that turned out to be perfect for us. She even organised a taxi pickup for the airport, I would definitely recommend her as a host, we were very pleased about choosing to be at her place!

Жилье Карлоса точно соответствует описанию , рядом находится автобусная остановка откуда легко доехать до центра Валенсии . В квартире было все необходимое для комфортного проживания . Рядом несколько ресторанов , красивая парковая зона и песчаный пляж . Заселение прошло легко благодаря подробной инструкции . Все отлично

Javier is an excellent host - welcoming, accommodating, and professional. I was late for my arrival due to train cancellations and Javier couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. The house is in a beautiful location and was perfect for our long family stay. Highly recommended.

Alojamiento super recomendable, perfecto para unos días de relax. La casa es fantástica. A destacar la calefacción que hace que estés a una temperatura ideal pese al frío que haga fuera. Además los dueños muy simpáticos y agradables. Fue una experiencia genial.

The house is well located, on a quiet street just away from the center of town. It is just as pictured, and a warm, cozy, unique place to return to for a quiet evening at home after climbing. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable and appointed with ample blankets and pillows. Our group was 4 single adults, and the space worked just fine, but the arrangement would be best for two couples (each with their own bedroom / double bed) with one extra guest in the small bedroom on the main floor (5 total). The additional sofa-style beds were in the same bedroom as the double beds. They are a bit smaller and would work for kids or more low-key travelers who don't need a lot of personal / private space. The living room was great for fires and eating around the coffee table. The deck was great for sitting outside, and would be good for summer dining. Wifi worked well, and there was a washer (although we didn't use it). Tanis was a fabulous host and very good at making sure we had directions to town, information on stores, the bus and area in general. He also made a great deal of time to help us get settled, and gave us an in-person tour of the house upon arrival. Definitely a sweet spot for a Chulilla visit and happy to recommend!

El lugar es precioso, el pueblo es muy interesante, la gente muy cordial y el entorno natural es increíble. La casa está muy bien, es amplia y tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos días. La única queja que tengo es con relación a algunos turistas mal educados, que no respetan la naturaleza y van arrojando basura por los senderos.

Die Unterkunft war genau so wie auf dem Inserat beschrieben. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen einen rundgang mit allen Erklärunken durch das liebevolle eingerichtete Haus. Weitere Fragen während des Aufenthaltes hat uns Arturo sofort beantwortet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

La casa es impresionante, unas vistas brutales, y todas las comodidades, además de preciosa, cada detalle está puesto con un gusto impecable. Estanislao es un hombre cercano y muy agradable, que hace que la estancia en el apartamento sea muy llevadera y fácil.

La casa y las instalaciones no podían ser más perfectas, tenía todo lo necesario para nosotros y para los niños. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Baños completos, con jabón, toallas, papel higiénico, todo dejado al detalle. La piscina y la barbacoa, junto con la zona chill out fue maravilloso, los niños y los adultos disfrutamos al máximo de todo, lo único que añadiría es una nevera en la zona piscina, para tener más capacidad y para tener más comodidad al estar disfrutando de la piscina. A la cocina le añadiría un lavavajillas para más comodidad. Y los anfitriones han sido súper amables y cercanos, estando disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad. Sin duda volveremos!!!!!
